It kind of seems to me the people who really don't like this drama prefer happy rom coms. That's fine but that means the show is not for you and you should probably move on instead of torturing yourself. I like drama and conflict in my dramas so I'm enjoying this.
Is the beginning of episode 5 saying the ML and 2nd ML are biological brothers?! And now the 2nd ML's mom is tricking the general into thinking it's his? That is a really soapy development!
I'm sorry but they made the mom too cartoonishly evil. She doesn't even act like a real person. I like makjang performances but she is too over the top
I haven't finished watching it but the reviews complaining about the ML's voice annoy me so much. It's the actor's voice! He's been dubbed in other dramas. He can't help this is what he actually sounds like. Blame genetics! It would hurt my feelings if someone said my voice sounded terrible. And anyways it fits the character too.
why the heck didn't they press charges against Kang Baek Sang for the attempted poisoning/murder? they had it on tape, all the reporters saw it and then... a time jump with no mention of any consequences? just one of many examples where they don't take revenge for no reason.
Look, sometimes you don't want a masterpiece. Sometimes you want something dumb, fun, cute, and a little angsty to enjoy without thinking too much. I will say I found the last two episodes kind of boring, which was a greater crime to me than the unrealistic scenarios or iffy acting throughout the rest of it.
So the father is the whole reason the son started doing drugs and acting out in the first place. And then he made him a rapist after his death. Father of the year right here.
The writers: Hm, so we have this couple with great chemistry and the man is basically an angel on earth so how much screentime should we give their romance per episode? How about one minute every other episode? Perfect!
Also the writers: Oh we also have a character who sucks, had no chemistry with the FL, and his actor is not very good...so let's give him about 60 percent of each episode's screentime. We're so smart!
Oh! I get why it's called Trolley now! I mean I knew it was based off "The Trolley Problem" but the singular person on one of the train tracks isn't who I thought it was. Really his son was the one sacrificed for the "good of the many."
maybe I am in the minority
