The part where he acknowledged his pain near the end was so meaningful after how numb you saw he became in episode 4. He said he no longer felt pain, but when he had something to care about and hope for the pain came back 😭😭
I might still be crazy because I liked Secret Crush on You more than this one 🤣🤣
It depends on if you can handle cringe humor because it is the cringiest but totally on purpose. That being said I can't usually handle cringe and I really liked it. I think it helped the show didn't take itself seriously at all. Babe and Billy were good but Billy and Seng's chemistry will always be my favorite. I say give it two episodes to see if you can enjoy it's humor (and can find humor in stalking) and if you can definitely keep watching!
Thank you so much for this review (though it was awhile ago lol). I thought I was going insane. I kept trying to continue it so I could see what everyone else did but I'm finding the last episodes so tedious to get through. I'm going to finally drop it, though Billy is so so so hot. Thanks for the validation!
I thought people were exaggerating about the cake thing but I'm watching episode 1 for the first time and...are you serious?? Itt is a grown ass man but begs for cake every ten minutes?? make it make sense !! lol
I know Day and Itt's story is messed up and not funny but the scene with Day's friend reacting to their nonsense was hilarious. Like, I'm just gonna goooo... 🤣
I just find it a little suss that I often see people excusing toxic male character behavior but not tolerating similar behavior in women. I think even calling Doona toxic is reductive. She's complex, clearly dealing with mental health issues and one of the most interesting drama characters I've seen in a while.
I almost skipped this one because the synopsis seemed to similar to another J drama from earlier this year but I'm so glad I didn't. The whole drama is almost nothing but cliches but they're all hitting me in the feels. Also Yuki's actor is deceptively good. at first I thought he was too stiff but that's really just his character. you can really see his talent when his character acts in the show
