I want to talk about the second lead couple because I saw lot of people are still debating on who will be the lead in Nam hae yi's love line.. Am I the only one who is convinced that it'll be sung jae? when he got angry she was so concerned and tried to get his attention by sending selfies to the group chat. Then she told him the secret she wasn't supposed to tell anyone (that chi yeol is tutoring her). And her reaction when he asked her why she shared such a secret with him. I don't remember the exact words but she definitely gave a flirty vibe there.. And the fact she doesn't care much about the other guy when he leaned on her shoulder means that she really doesn't see him as a guy but a friend.. After episode 6, I was 100% convinced that sung jae will be the end game. In episode 7 and 8, they didn't have much screen time together. But things may change depending on how the boys will be there for her as she struggles in the next two episodes.
After watching Alchemy of souls, i never thought the next drama after it would be as good as that. But i was wrong... I really love this drama. im desperately waiting for the next episode everyday just like I used to look forward to AOS.

Yes..but if they really love each other, still it's not too late to start dating. Neither of them are married or have families to be responsible for. Break ups are normal when dating. Starting a relationship immediately after breaking up would be a problem but if they really like each other, they can take some time to figure things out after breaking up. It wouldn't be a big problem if they start dating after some time. Why make it so complicated? They act like dating each other is a crime. Especially ah soo young. At this point, I also don't want them to date . I hate FML. This mess was caused by her from the very beginning. But still I feel so bad for sung soo. I belive he deserves to be with the one he loves. He only loves FML. So i have no choice but to root them..
Watching this was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I really love both lead's chemistry which is why I'm still watching this. But still this is very confusing and complicated. I hate the FML character. I haven't watched episode 13 yet, but why can't FML break up with jung Jong hyun if she doesn't like him? She is dating him even when she is in love with someone else (and she knows that she likes sungsoo). At least sungsoo had the courtesy to accept his feelings and break up with mi kyung. This is very frustrating. And I hate both the second leads..They are toxic.. The more they are convinced that their partners don't love them, the more they try to keep them. And why everyone thinks that Sungsu and ah soo young dating will be a bad thing? Why is it a big deal if they break up with their partners and start dating? It's not like they're married to others. I really don't know why this is so complicated. I really loved this in the beginning but now im tired of watching this.
And i really hope they won't give the same orginal ending to the drama. After all this messes, we deserve to see them together with the ones they really love. Especially Sungsu.. He really deserves some happiness. The only wrong thing he did was start dating mi kyung when he was obviously in love with soo young.
Although im very happy about getting a happy ending to everyone, i wish they could've given us more than that. I wanted to see both naksu's and jung uk's reaction when they got to know that naksu didn't disappear as they thought she would. I also wanted to see everyone's reaction after reuniting with naksu/jin bu yeon. jung uk thinks naksu killed him to avenge her father. I wanted to see him getting to know that's not the truth but she killed him because of jin mu's bells. Not only him i wanted everyone to know that. It's not fair that everyone's still think she's their enemy because of the way she behaved after the bell incident. And also it'd be so much better if we could see at least 10 more minutes of them enjoying their lives together after all the chaos.
These would've made the ending even more perfect for me. But even without these im very satisfied with the ending we got.

It's not jin bu yeon. It was always seol ran which means that body doesn't belong to anyone. And also If there's no more season, no point of making another plot twist. And master Lee's blue mark might be somewhere on his body even though it was never mentioned. Or he doesn't have a blue mark because he practice hwasu (if i remember correctly) or some kind of a spell to let him stay in that body without running wild.I don't want to overthink and ruin the beautiful ending we got.. So unless there's an announcement about another season, i will think seol ran's soul is gone and naksu will be with jung uk as bu yeon for the rest of her life as they showed us.
I knew it... Im so glad i wasn't wrong.. Thats all i wanted. It's a good closure to my beautiful obsession. I wish we could see more of bu yeon and uk thoo. But that's ok.. I couldn't ask for more... 🥺❤️ Im really going to miss them.. But this time, Hong sisters did a really good job with the ending...i didn't expect them to give a good ending to everyone. That's exactly why i still have hopes for naksu's survival. What you said and what they showed is in the preview is misleading us to the obvious plot. In kdramas, 99% of the time what obvious is not what actually happens in the end.
I don't even know how im feeling anymore as it all comes to an end today. I'm extremely sad because it's going to end. Now i can't even imagine my week without desperately waiting for the next episode of AOS. At the same time I'm little bit relieved that it'll all end today.. I was always depressed and frustrated about what's yet to come so the fact that I'll be able to get a closure today is somewhat a relief. Im also very excited and scared about today's episode. Today, I will know if the time and love I have put into this series is really worth it.. And all my hopes for a happy ending will also be answered today.
Whatever happens, i must say the acting and chemistry is superb between the actors. Even though it's highly unlikely, i really want to see all of them working on a project together again. Hopefully a drama with less heavy plot and a drama which is not Hong sister's. I really wish all the actors very best in their future works. Thank you so much for making the last 5 weeks the best time of my life as a kdrama fan.

Agree.. There are so many dramas with sad endings and even though it's heartbreaking, somehow we accepted them and moved on. it was easier to accept a sad ending because they only had to deal with tragedies just once. But if we get a sad ending to part 2 as well, it means the leads are dealing with their same ill fated destiny not only once but twice. That's why it's hard to accept a sad ending to this one.

You know how dramatic kdramas can be sometimes. It's definitely what you think. Getting married before dying for the sake of their love. It's like uk telling naksu that she is and will be the one for him forever. Maybe at this point he's planning to die with her? Because he believes he protected the world and the only reason he wanted to live is also gonna disappear so according to him there's no point of surviving alone. So he may be planning to die with her.
