The ending wasn't sad to me, episode 10 was just confusing AF. It's super easy to pretend this ended during the cooking in the kitchen scene. So, if you're worried about a sad ending, just end it where you want it to because the actual ending was a hot mess. It made you feel like you missed an entire scene for half of the last episode. I'm glad it was though, because like I said it made it so easy to be like 'yeah no, they're happy and living together in their new apartment bro'.
