I strongly think he thinks her as his student/his team member who needs his support, teaching etc ...

She went to the skin clinic after her prison visitation. By the time they were done with the appointment, it was night.... Didn't the ML make it clear in the 1st episode that they have to let the team leader know where and what they are doing during the work hours.... Anyway... , my problem here is, she is still green, starting out so the writer should have made her make mistakes and learn from it. It's not possible for her to win all the cases, not possible for her every brief to be spot on... It's just makes the story bland

I work in finance sector so we are supposed to take many compliance trainings and in that there will be many "work place harassment training"" ethics" etc.... we also have to declare a relationship, if a family member is also working in the same company so the policies are very strict. It will be even more sticker in law firms as they directly deal with ethics, laws and anything can be considered as bride including sexual pleasure. So they have to be even more careful...I know, it is just a drama but considering the writer 's law background so I would like to assume these cases are more or less accurate....

Isn't that pervert team leader also did with his female associate saying her " Temper is cute, she is cute" and she eventually slept with him.... Isn't it amusing how we considered that was flirting and pervert and this as romantic because they are our leads ... Perks of being the leads I guess

Finally caught up with the latest episodes....
By now, it has become a one man show or i would like to put it as "One Woman Show", not that i mind but it has become monotonous and predictable....

1. The show looks like is made for the FL, i mean till now it has been only about her. Her family issues, her friends, her struggles, her relationships...lol.....Even in her work, it's only about her. All the cases are around her, her twin sister's friends, her roommate's sister, her highschool friend. In almost every other scene , its about her. In the latest episode, about the school bullying....It was so unlike her, just like her mom said, behaviour and habits doesn't die that easily. FL is someone who acted as a lawyer because she saw her friend's dad was wrongly dismissed and was not compensated, this happened in highschool as well. She is someone who won't injustice slide by but she didn't do anything about the bullying when it was happening infront of her eyes.....i mean, its not like her character....i know they had to build the episode and the story but writer conveniently breaks the characters.

2. Now, even the ML has become just a side/support character and nothing much. The office politics also has taken a back seat, i know it will come back in the finale but full fledged 12 episodes are only for the FL and to show how awesome she is. I wish , the writer had made her support in few cases or help out her other colleagues and let them take the pedestal....In all the episode, she is the one who is talking to the clients, or directly talking with the prosecution or the police , even jail visitations like she is the boss...i mean, a first year associate who is handling so many things looked really hilarious as if to show she is a genius and the entire cast of this drama are just a supporting characters. Even the scene where the lawyer Seo talking to her daughter, the ending of that scene was cut to show FL's expressions...lol......

3. Now, it is like...if FL handles a case then they for sure going to win....i wish, they had made her lose atleast once, it would have been a learning curve for her as she is still starting out......now it looks as if, the prosecution, the opposition lawyers even though they are from a big law firm, all are stupid infront of her...lol.... I mean, the physical assault case got acquainted, a murder case defendant got just 2 years......at this rate, FL is going to become a God.... She goes to skin care clinic during the working hours, i mean, she is there everywhere...Omnipresent...

4. After the last episode, i think FL has a one sided crush/admiration on the ML. I mean, he sees all his associates as his children. The way he was looking at his team during the team dinner, was like a parent who was content looking at his children eat. When he said to the other associate the "Come look for me if you want an adult to lean on", this itself says, he looks at them like his children.....lol....but again, as our FL has put her eye on him and she is a god, so she is going to get him ....ROFL....I briefly imagined telling my boss "You should smile more often, that suits you. Why are you hiding it""""...lol. i would get fired the next minute......ROFL

So true.... This drama is so white and black that it makes me laugh like it has been written by a 5 year old...
1. There are two big firms - Lee & Seo and Yullim. The distinction is clear, if there is a case and the plaintiff and defendant are represented by the above law firms then yullim is going to win mockingly , lol.....Even if a case remotely involves Yullim's litigation team then they are going to win that case, hands down
2. Like 99.99% of the women in this drama, main characters or side are all victims and the men are perpetrators (except for our ML and his team) and the only women who are evil are ML's ex (ROFL) , witch Mother In Law, other female associate from Lee & Seo...which is hilarious
The male clients in the show were either violent and assaulted someone or a kid, killed a kid, had crazy sexual preferences, helped his wife in assisted suicide, thieves (art or the gas from the 1st ep) or jerks from the law firm

3. ML is super successful and smart, FL is smart and righteous :D

I think, the preview for next episode showed that they were going to babysit some twin girls, so this might be kinda bonding time and also ML might see that motherly thing FL and FL might see the warm side of ML....lol

Anyway, i think the writer really stole the script from a 5 year old....

I dropped it ...I would rather stare at the ceiling than watch this....I cannot believe, they still make such half baked dramas in 2025

1 out of 3 women in this world has gone through some kinda abuse in their lives (From a google report)...which makes us two...I have gone through it as well, but i didn't want to base my opinion based on my personal experiences...... I have moved out of it.....I am proud of it..i don't want to use that card in anything, not even with someone who i will never meet.....

Thank you for proving my point......You said "Nobody missed my point"....ROFL...You clearly did.....I have clearly mentioned that, there is no clear reason as to why she endured it...She was/is an accomplished tv anchor, if she wanted she could have pulled her husband through the mud......cherry on the top, they don't have a kid so all more reson to not to hold back and destroy that guy. Record his abuse and expose him to the world, that's what a strong woman would do.....She was a respected TV personality, she would have got immense support and gotten away from all the abuse ..........Rather than dragging it, taking pills, abusing him...doesn't the 1st option rather appealing, it would have set a great example for her sister and shown how to fight back a bully/abuser, rather than go through this nonsense. We have technology, why not use it to our advantage.

Ok, let's get to this then.... We want equality in this world, but yet we want to play victim and give the authority to someone else to decide what is justice for us because we are so busy playing victim..... 1 out of 3 women in this world go through some sort of harassment or abuse in their lives but what makes victims strong ( including myself) is taking the rains in our hands and get justice for ourselves....I come from a very middle class background so we had to fight to make the wrongs right, rather than sit and cry saying I was abused ... what's the point of all the education we get and not use any of those and blame on the society and others and cry victim..... Life will never go ahead if we don't let it....

I think you clearly missed the point I was trying to make in my post....it's the abuse one human is doing on another.... It could be a man on a woman and vice versa..... Whoever it is, they should be held accountable and punished....

You have already used the trump card in the very 1st line...so how can I even argue or put my opinion forth....

I really don't know if you have read my post clearly..... I said, the senior guy is trash and nobody here , including myself is defending him.... it's the female lawyer, who is sleeping with him consciously and stating that she fell for his schemes is the problem....he did not intoxicate her or rape her...she WILLING slept with him....

Exactly.... ML never gives them any case nor takes them to the court.... We have not seen him mentoring the other 1st years as well ... How is a 1st year able to get so many cases and how is she so effortlessly convincing them to take all of them....1st it was the painting case, where she so easily convinced them to take it as a pro-bono without much approvals...ML is a busy lawyer but he will take anything that FL throws at him.....

Exactly my point......As korean wave now reaching to even the remote areas, teenage girls are getting enchanted with these wrong ideologies....

What a disgusting episode (ep8) in the guise of independent women/strong women/ wonder woman concept...... The episode started with saying how women in different fields are thriving and leaving there strong remarks and footholding and went on proving this in a wrong way, wrong examples....i was so furious till it ended and was hoping there will be somewhere a saving scene but nope....it just went into the gutter...
Let's talk about the two topics that was addressed in ep 8....(Arrrghhhhh)

1. Workplace harassment: I initially felt bad for that female lawyer that she was going through harassment for no reason at all but later "madam" was like i slept with him...i was like whatttt...i was hoping to hear that he raped her but naa, she slept with him willingly and named it as "she fell for his schemes , lol"....That senior guy was rude, harsh with her from the get go, he harassed her and took her to entertain clients/brokers without giving her any actual work, she knew what she was doing but yet, she slept with him because he said something sweet randomly (it sounded creepy more than sweet talk)...Nobody is supporting that trash senior guy but putting all the blame on him when she willing slept with him was the new bottom and play victim here........She could have gone to the ML when it all had started but she went when he said, he would frame her as the one who seduced a married guy...lol.....if this hadn't happened then she would have keep sleeping with him in the name of keeping her job, lol......heights of playing victim.....At the end, i didn't feel a bit of sympathy for her.

2. Physical assault on a man/husband by a woman under the influence - This was the new heights of brainwashing women showing the wrong way or wrong scenarios to say she is strong....
She was a working woman , infact a well known public figure so i am not sure why she didn't walk out of the marriage and endured it for 10 years. I initially thought they might have a kid together so she chose to stay in that kinda marriage...but, to my surprise there was no kid so i really didn't understand the reason...what was she trying to show to send a message " to stay and endure the abuse", will she tell the same to her sister if she also faces the same in the future....are we trying to teach our daughters that, stay and endure and if you fall into depression then take medication and fall to a new pit....
What was the difference between the news anchor and her husband, at the end of the day they both got intoxicated and hit their spouses knowingly...and women played the woman card here and all supported her because "she is a woman".......and she even walked away without any consequences....if it was a man, then everyone here would have slandered him till his ears bled. Also, the nail to the coffin was "The girls watching the assault video and laughing",...what if this was the husband and he was showing the video to his friends and laughing with them....this scenario sounds dirty right........My grandma used to say this "if a man is considered as head (part of the body), then woman can be considered as the neck, which moves the head"...women are very cunning, never take them for granted...we lack in physical strength compared to a man but we can be more cunning than a man.......most of the war in the past had happened because of a woman or for a woman...and this episode proved that how they can play the victim card, walk away without any consequences.....

We are not here to see or decide who is the victim, human hitting another human is wrong......and that human should be held accountable unless it was for self defence. Here it was clearly intentional....I was furious that this episode tried sending this message "to safeguard the family" (how funny)...Then nobody should be punished even if they kill someone under the influence because according to this drama that they were "incapable of making sane decision"....god....what a trash way of writing and sending a wrong message

How is this "my logic" or "your logic"....she is a woman from 21st century and who has time traveled....this doesn't take away her upbringing or morals, also she is going to use her 21st Century culinary skills into use there, so that proves my point....also, whatever you have written talks more about you and your thinking

She has time traveled that doesn't mean she will all her learnings from 21st century.
