Today's episode felt like a filler, i mean no story progress at all apart from an abrupt confession and a kiss. I will stick to my original thoughts about this drama that scenes and dialogues seems weird, either it could be because of the editing or writing...not sure. People might argue that they kissed, confessed etc but didn't they flirt from ep 1 like from the get go, so today's episode felt like a filler. She left yunis and came back, not sure for what....now the bullying in yuni's would be even more severe for her. I mean, just because Jung Hwan told her to go she left then if one day if he asks her to lose intentionally in a game would she do that...what i am trying to say here is, it really didn't make sense. If she really valued what he thinks then she shouldn't have come back as an athlete because that is what he initially told her to do just to leave. I know chemistry and all is good, but the scenes are super random for me.

If a not so worthy guy sits on the throne, then he will be just a puppet and royal family would loose out the power

The more i see the king of yongzhou the more i get angry. I thought kings used to be happy when their successors did better than them, its like taking their legacy to the new heights. Here its the opposite, the king doesn't want his sons to do better, why? because they will outshine him. If all he needs is mediocracy then he should choose Feng Ju "mediocracy at the best"

Its not just about the attitude or how one carries his personality its about the knowledge. For ex, when Bai Feng Xi was talking about Hua Chunran and how she got title of devine fairy or how she is looking for prospects to marry. LanXi told, this news is circulated only among royal families, then she was like "people are talking in martial arts world etc". LanXi didn't even think twice after that, its contradicting his personality.

Feng LanXi is really smart, he can not only read his opponent's moves but also think 3-4 steps ahead of them. He can connect all the dots when analyzing a scenario, but he is still unaware that Bai Feng Xi is actually Xi Yun, doesn't make sense. Initially i can understand, but now over the period of many days she gave away many clues like knowing warfares, court politics, about YouQing's specialities and also she is from YouQing. Just by roaming around the lands i don't think one can have so much knowledge unless you are thought from childhood. On the other hand Bai Feng Xi discovered LanXi is hei Feng Xi in just one go so this part is not making sense.

It would be the case 80% that Mi Rae's mom would be the biological daughter of Hyun Jae's grand dad but this is what i have observed in korea or korean dramas, unless you are not blood related then everything is possible. I mean, as hyun jae's dad and Mi Rae's mom are not blood related so they are not siblings. I mean throughout the world, adopted siblings will be like siblings only, blood relation doesn't matter but not in kdramas.

Hee Woo never met him in his previous life, also in this life, we know least about lee min Soo. Before becoming a prosecutor, he had tried many professions apart from that we know nothing about him. He is smart though, this character is not for comedic relief for sure

I know but it's getting super repetitive. We know there are fake tokens, we know the queen and the 3rd prince are after the ML, we know both ML and FL like each other...... These non trivial things shouldn't have taken 22 episodes. They have already established this long back like in ep 6 or 7, after that no improvement.

I don't know why still Bai Feng Shi and her sect is still in the capital of yong zhou, I mean her master is healed completely so why they are still there. At this point I feel, if they leave the city, the story might probably proceed. Right now it is stuck. 22 episodes and feels like if I had watched till ep 10 and directly jumped to ep 22 then it would have been the same, I wouldn't have missed anything

Super unpopular opinion......8 episodes down and my opinion about Mi Jeong has not changed....She is that kinda person who gets abused by her boyfriends but also abuses or take for granted someone who likes her (Mr. Gu) so i do not see any difference between her and her ex boyfriends ,behaviour wise. Some might say she is introvert bla bl bla, but that doesn't give her any right to use Mr. Gu as her punching bag.
God!!! Dang that "Worship me" phrase. Everytime i hear it, i am like.....
How can anybody change something in someone, they can just let them know this is what you have to change. Changing or not is in an individual's hands.

Queen has more information about what is happening in the court or in the state than the King. This itself tells about the capabilities of the king. For ex. him granting the rights to investigate the corruption is an example. This is not happening for the 1st time that Feng Ju framing Feng Lanxi yet he has assigned the investigation to him. I also think he cares about the corruption as it is impacting his royal treasury or him strengthening the state army.
Also, i don't think the king is trying to keep the balance among his sons regarding the power, he is in-fact clueless. He wants to strengthen the army but his family drama itself is not getting over for him to concentrate on most important state affairs so i think he is just getting manipulated by everyone in the palace.

Exactly....that means soul taker sect is much more efficient than fountain abode. Also the funny part is, both the parties are keeping and eye on each other and both of them have not realized the fact that they are being tailed.

Exactly, if Yu Wu Yuan can find out that Hei FengXi is the 2nd prince Feng Lan Xi, then even Lan Xi should have found out that he is the main leader of the Soul taker sect , if not he is from the clan Loctus and Cricket. I felt it was inconsistent .

Now i know from where does Feng Ju's mediocre brain comes from, lol....The king and the queen.....I am surprised to see as to how the King is still alive and nobody has dethroned him considering how average he is and though baili seems scheming all the time but she can only brew such petty schemes as her brain is also average. I mean, the king is literally a joker, i feel bad for late queen yige to get married to this average man who gets easily manipulated by Baili every single time. No doubt Feng Ju is his legitimate son or whatever but how can he ignore his mistakes every single time and now give him an authority to investigate royal treasure., its like appointing a thief to investigate the robbery he committed...how can anybody be so dumb and he is the king of the state, god, help that state....If he was not a king, then i am sure he would be some peasant somewhere in the countryside. I won't be surprised if he dies for a simple, basic scheme because that is all it takes to take him down so waste one's brain cells.

Did you guys notice that all 3 FLs are almost of same height as MLs.

Even the ex, I mean though she is irritating, she just wants to jump into one more relationship soon after her divorce....I mean, I was like, Madam! Calm down, take a breather, collect your thoughts, it doesn't have to be hyun Jae, but I think she really has to get a grip of herself and try to not just think about herself and for once atleast she should think about her kids.

Wow,this drama is so good and fun. I know that for people working in the entertainment industry is no easy for them. For most of us, the work ends around 6 PM but for them its like constant pressure. But i am glad that the makers chose to show us this industry in a light and entertaining manner and i am all sold for this idea. It is also praise worthy that how even supporting characters are so well written and entertaining. They are not fillers basically. Even Gong Tae Sung's new manager Byun Jung Yeol's character is so well written. Ofcourse my fav character is Gong Tae Sung, it has been a while since i went crazy for a character (last time it was HAN SEO JOON)...this guy has million expressions in a minute, priceless....Anyway , looks like i won't stop raving about this character .....Thumbs up for the writer and the creator team.
I hope people who are nit picking on this drama about africa and stuff don't miss out on the fun side of this drama.
