I understand or i tried understanding this crazy ex of Hyun Jae but everytime she comes on screen, i feel like just slapping her (I have already imagined slapping her multiple times, lol). I know she is going through a rough time in her life but i guess she deserves it. I don't know how far her husband is also guilty (I don't give a damn) but it is established that she has cheated in her marriage and she has shamelessly accepted it as well. so whatever she is going through, she called for it. So why should the entire world cater to her mood swings, rudeness, shamelessness, anxiety. Even Mi rae has gone through this phase where infact she was wronged by her ex husband, so why should she understand this crazy ex or feel pity for her. Whatever is happening to the ex now, she brought it upon herself. I know in the end, ML is going to win the case as a goodbye present to her and understand that she was on the edge so she behaved the way she is behaving now. Again, why should anybody cater to her because she is going through a divorce. When is Hyun Jae going to draw a line with her and say Shut the Fuck Up, and don't cross the line. He says he usually draws the line with his clients but so far he is just blindly following or accepting whatever she is doing. Even when he is telling her that "She is getting on his nerve, that was way too polite". I bet she even heard it. It is also giving her the false hope that she can win him over again.

Someone on YT had made a video on Yu Wu Yuan speculating that he might be the head of Soultaker Sect...now if i think about it, it might be true...

Atleast till ep 14 we have not seen the king use Feng Ju or anyone else to balance the matter. It is always the 2nd prince. It is like he is waiting for him to loose or make mistake. If Lan Xi wins then it is good for the state, he if he fails then the king gets a chance to punish him. So the king is only concentrating on the 2nd prince I feel, while the problem lies somewhere else like with the queen and Feng Ju. Now Feng Ju is involved in embezzlement as well. Do you think the king will punish him, no chance. He will just keep him in house arrest for a month. So king is just avoiding the problem by ignoring it. Just by lecturing the queen and Feng Ju won't make the problem go away. What's the point of being smart when the king doesn't even want to address the issue or punish the culprits.

Exactly my point as there is alot of fight for power is going on between the 6 episodes, keeping the internal matter in check is highly important. The king is just ignoring or avoiding the situation where he had to punish his wife and the son. As he is the king, he needs to see the greater good of the state. I initially thought Feng Ju and queen are doing this to make Lan Xi loose and make Feng Ju the heir to the throne but in ep 14, it is shown that Feng Ju is also involved in the embezzlement of the state fund. So the problem is not simple or it will not go away just by ignoring or lecturing the queen and the 3rd prince.

I thought the king of Yong zhou would be smart (Just like the emperor from Joy of Life). Looks like he is just a love stuck fool who gets manipulated by his wife every-time. He wants to strengthen YongZhou but his biggest hurdle is his wife and the 3rd son. But he ignores their mistake every-time despite how big their crime is. He doesn't understand without getting rid of them , he cannot strengthen his state. This is directly proportional to them (Queen and Fen Ju) stepping down or even better their death. I so wish by the end of the series all 3 of them dies (Atleast Baili and Feng Ju should die, because they won't stop scheming until they are alive)

I really hope Hyun Jae loses the case and she loses the custody of her children. I don't want the kids to learn from their shameless mom

IKR but what i am little relieved is that the ex bullshit is going to get over within 1st 10 episodes and i think later it will be about only family and Mi Rae 's mom would be the actual daughter of Hyun Jae's Grand dad, so i see complications there.

Many people throughout the episodes have made a comment how sweet mi Jeong is. Her mom, her colleagues, her drinking buddy unnie.... and also we have seen how she lend money to her ex boyfriend and how she handled it when he failed to make a monthly payment. All these things pointed that she is a sweet obedient girl who got dumped by her jerk boyfriends.

My initial post was about that only that I didn't expect her to be the way she described...I really thought she is silent and obedient but this took out of my comforter.

She herself has confessed that she has only dated jerks in the past to Mr. Gu and also in today's episode.

that was a joke, because you cannot make out whats on an introvert's mind. So they are kinda mysterious. Anyway all i am trying to say here is Mi Jeong is a normal gal. When she initially confessed to Mr. Gu that all she ever dated were jerks, i really thought she is a saint or blameless person, she never confessed to Gu that even she did many petty things in her previous relationship. Even Gu might see her a silent, obedient girl. In today's episode she just thought it herself that how she was in her previous relationships, that's how we as an audience got to know. If she had told that her ex boyfriends did petty things then we would have cursed at them, just because she did it we are trying to connect two different things like how she is sad so probably felt inferior to her ex....these are all our assumptions, we just know one side of the story. Who knows she might have lended the money to her boyfriend because she felt guilty or something , all we know is he delinquent one payment. So we all though what a nice girlfriend she was.

I don't know how you are interpreting this. Even in today's episode she said, she always made sure to get back with her boyfriend like if he replied late then she would do the same purposely to make sure she got even. She was no different, she was vicious. Like in another incident she said, her boyfriend might have gotten to know that she is relieved because the business went down as she was being extra nice to him. We are hearing her story so we are sympathizing with her but she was a normal girlfriend like most of us. So please don't connect two different issues.

Silent types are always the cruel and cunning ones....Mi Jeong, hearing stories about her past relationships gave me goosebumps. So its not just her boyfriends even she was a jerk in her relationships. Her ex boyfriend was probably vocal and she wasn't but she was equally cunning ...wow....Hearing that she felt relieved when her ex boyfriend's business went down gave me goosebumps, i really underestimated her. She would makeup for a good serial killer, lol.

Yoon Shi Yoon has done many family dramas so him picking one more is no surprise to me.

I find it more frustrating when ML still don't show these shameless people their places. I agree she is his client but outside of work, he should have just shut her off. If she gets frustrated or angry then its her headache, no need to cater to such people. I really get annoyed when ML still let those people hang around them and let these people control them. If divorce is making her anxious, then she has brought that upon herself by cheating in her marriage (we still don't know whether her cheated also cheated, well i do not want to believe this woman). If this was her real personality, like throwing tantrums, or throwing herself on people then i feel sorry for her husband. I don't even know how Hyun Jae dated this woman so much as to let himself go.
