But don't you think initial episodes are super important to make the audience stick around or else why will they stick around just of the basis of an assumption that it is going to get better by wasting their time. Foundation should be strong inorder to build a solid building

Why I think it is the young cop who is behind the recent killing because he wanted to provoke the actual serial killer from 20 years ago. To make him come front, to make his killer instincts activate so that he can catch him. Also if you remember she was taken to some warehouse kind of a place , tied her up and then chopped off her finger tips. Doesn't it requires efforts. If it was 20 years ago someone would have noticed while moving the bodies from warehouse to the reed field.

The young cop is a neat freak and looking at how the legs of the victims were cleaned and wrapped in a plastic bag slightly hints towards him. Also he hated getting his shoes dirty. They have shown this like 3-4 times.

One thing is sure that killer is someone who was close to her....but apart from that it's dong sik....why would they reveal the identity of the killer in 2nd episode itself

I agree with you. Even I am not sure whether she chose to portray the character that way or the director is directing in certain direction. But then again it cannot be the director as other actors seems to be doing fine. Same here I haven't seen her in other dramas, but it shouldn't matter as these characters have to breathe life into these characters so their previous work doesn't matter. This drama has 20 episodes I don't know how I am going to digest her if she continues in the same direction. I don't understand why is she being so loud, even in the 1st scene where she was introduced with a cake talking to the witness, she didn't come across as lawyer at all. The more I talk about her the more I am getting irritated

She reminded me of CEO Seo dan ah of run on but that character was memorable and this FL felt as if she was imitating her. Very hyper and loud for no reason. Don't know whether she was trying to be funny or brutal.... Anyway the casting went wrong about the FL. Song Joong ki is leading a drama after many years, they should have been careful as to whom to cast as FL. Disappointed

I still think it's not him, I mean why will they give away that he is the murderer in the 2nd episode itself.....I mean, then for the rest of the episodes it will be a game of cat and mouse b/n dong sik and han joo won

Thanks for this explanation but if I think about this then the main evidences which indicated the killer are his fountain pen, his dairy where he kept the count and details of his murders and lastly of course his confession. Now in the past, He cannot use fountain pen as evidence as they are still far behind on DNA analysis, he cannot take his dairy as his daughter was the who found it and lastly of course he cannot get his confession as he would be much younger in the past and you cannot put him in the corner to confess him. In the future it worked because his entire team was on his side and believed him even though they had no evidence to begin with. What is he going to explain to his team in the past about why this guy is the killer.

The movie was beautiful, even though they didn't talk much but their eyes were doing all the talking. I was fine with the pace. Actually I didn't even realize when it ended. The only problem I have is the ending. I mean, did they meet? Did hoon go to jail? But he didn't kill ok ja, infact he had an alibi. He was with Anna the whole day. He went to meet ok ja for a very brief period. He had told that he would be there when she gets out. I went through the entire comments section, nobody has answered this.....did they meet in the end?

Hmmmm, because she is old. She is 10 years older than the ML. That is the down side of getting cast against a younger guy. No makeup can hide her age as the guy is younger than her.

I initially thought the idea was great about switching the emotions and physical pain between the leads. But now it's no longer funny, it has gone to dumbness trajectory. In ep 15, she has added 8 sleeping tables in MLs soup, milk etc to put him to sleep so that she doesn't get caught while is getting beat up in the competition. This is so dangerous. I mean, this is new heights of dumbness.
The writing is sloppy especially for the FL, they wanted to show her 100% empathetic , but betraying the person whom she loves. This doesn't make sense at all. On top of this she has 0 guilt.

Maybe neck to neck competition but I trust our lady ke Si Yi. She is going to beat ariana grande with a huge margin.

The most dumbest, brainless, annoying FL in the history of cdramas, actually any drama. This female has set the bar so high that I bet any FL in any language , from any country can take that crown from her. This female made sure to suck audiences blood in every episode by breaking her own personal record by setting new record of dumbness in every episode.

Sure then.....I will write back to you. I am so mad that now they are in a relationship yet she has not told him the truth. That MMA fighter is her adopted sister and she never dated that producer PD brother. I don't know on what their relationship is build.

We all know how a fluff cdrama like this ends......no points for guessing, they are going to get married.

For the peanut size brain she has, I don't think she is playing the bad guy. She has already exchanged info about extending the contract of some famous writer.
