i feel people in the comment section are like gold fishes, one kissing scene and everything is forgotten...lol.....Leave about the special ep/moments, so many loopholes are still open and i don't think the writer intends to address as well, like i said, people are like gold fishes with 5 secs of memory, they have forgotten about it already

I don't think she was exhausted and that's the power of the throne. That is also what I An was talking to hui just initially that the pride she holds because her family has produced some 4 queens. She constantly ignored her son's struggles in the name of keeping/protecting the throne. The kid was miserable yet she refused to let go despite the royal edict from her late husband to abdicate the throne... This arc doesn't make sense - Queen mother 's sudden change of heart. She let her husband 's last wish burn in ashes, she tried using PM Min 's feelings for her gain, she did everything possible including considering burning her son's room with fire just to keep the power, the crown and now she is all good,. turning her father in, being a good person....make it make sense

At the end of the day, remember, it was a hit show so yeah, producers are gonna milk it
