Welcome to kisskh Giny!!! I am new here myself, but I wish you enjoy this site and community a lot!I agree…
Thank you for the welcoming! ^^ I think the same as you! Sometimes we need to think that the characters don't see the same that we are seeing as an audience. Let's be patients haha
OK, I turned on the computer and signed up for My Drama List just to post this comment haha. I love the series, and I thought more people would like it, but I'm seeing that they don't. It is true that the plot is slow, no matter how hard Mork tries, Pi doesn't forget his unrequited love for Nan. But I think no one is paying attention to Pi as a character. From minute 1 of the series, Pi himself explain to us that he is a character with many traumas, has no friends, a victim of bullying, etc. When he finally falls in love, his plan is simple and safe: -I like Nan. -I change for Nan. -I become Nan's boyfriend. Pi tells Mork at the end of chapter 7 that he doesn't want Mork to be his vaccine, he is "the complications that happen to his body." I think it's quite clear the psychological background that the character of Pi has, how he repeats to himself all the time "I like Nan" simply because he is afraid that he will be hurt again. Clearly FUTS it's not a series about a relationship of two boys in which we are going to see many sex scenes, kisses, etc. (c'mon, it's from GMMTV haha), it's more about "the way full of obstacles, overcoming, and self-healing" of two people until they fall in love (mostly Pi). I think the purpose of the series is more to be comical, emotional and family friendly than to be a simple bl full of "bl" scenes. We all know that in the end they'll end up together, so please bear with Pi, he needs to heal himself and learn how to love himself, feel valid and relax before accepting that someone can fall in love with him.
(I hate when people say this but: I hope you can understand me well, English is not my first language <3)
