I agreee and sincerly hope so. But I think Minghao and Bambam were also uncomfortable with this, so I hope as producers they did something for future episodes
I liked it. I like the level of standards. They seem fair to me. They are looking for band members, not singers, not dancers. The made it clear they are to be good at both. Which are the standards in the industry. They get torn apart if they are only good at one thing, sadly even if they are amazing at one or the other, they should at least be able to perform in order for netizens not to destroy them. The one thing is that there were moments where some mentors didn't respect the participants, in my opinion. I was sad to see this. Since I like some of the actress' work, but sadly I didn't find some of her comments appropriate. They should focus on the candidates' talents and charms, not contribute to the sexualization of idols, specially in this show, which caters for boys. And I don't know if it's just me, but I had to skip the presentations because most of them gave me a lot of cringe. But so far, talented kids have come out, some more shy, some with cool vibes. Also, glad they called some of them out for not being genuine, valuable advice IMO.
Currently on episode 12, I am enjoying it way more than I expected. Overall a fun lighthearted watch. My compliments fall specially on Donny Pangilinan (Matt) and his acting. Belle also had some great scenes. However, the trauma-work story line feels a bit muddled and confusing.They had interesting premises but are falling a bit flat in execution. nevertheless, not a huge deal breaker. Also I loveddd the silly details like the red nose and the jokes.
currently in episode 15 and have been enjoying it so far. sweet, refreshing and akward first love. I liked how they showed and developed from the awkwardness.
