I'm quite excited about this role for Reba, I got my wish from TLB days when I wanted her to do a special ops police role about human trafficking. Please let there be no delays or rumours about this drama. I fervently pray that the plot is amazing too.

You're right, Reba can't look ugly with freckles and curly hair, she just needed a flower crown to look like a gorgeous Hippy chick.

Nay from me too and I dropped it at ep 24 for the same reasons. I couldn't get Stockholm syndrome vibes out of my head and found I didn't like ZBB's character here whereas I really enjoyed Pretty Li Hui Zhen and rooted for ZBB more than Peter.
I initially watched The King's Woman because of Reba, the striking costumes and there seemed to be some similarities to the Korean drama 'Empress Ki' but that was better written and really absorbing despite the 60 odd episodes.

He looks like a decent choice. Like Babepiggie I might watch Under the Skin to check him out but only if he is definitely the ML. Took me months to watch any new dramas after The Blue Whisper so I'm just saving my eyes for Reba now lol.

Really enjoyed this with some of the characters from Joy of Life. Wonderful humour and acting and I binge watched all 14 episodes. Ideally, this is how long a drama should be.

Is this him? He's 36 yrs old so the age is just right. The drama is not in his list though and the photo doesn't do him justice!

This is just the dirty side of showbiz because the Turkic connection is rated quite high in S. Korea, didn't the Turks help fight in their war against Japan/N. Korea or something? People from the Silk road regions with Turkic ancestry are welcomed to S. Korea as part of their Immigration policy. There is even some Turkic ancestry to the indigenous peoples of S Korea? Correct me if I'm wrong but I recall reading about it when I delved into the Uyghurs' history. (After watching TLB ..lol)

Yes that's what I saw on Twitter but could it be false rumours again. We will know at the booting ceremony lol.

Assuming Dilraba has agreed to the role I can't imagine any decent actor not wanting to collaborate with her. It might be just a case of unavailability and conflicting schedules of possible ML choices.

There may not be any romance so the male lead could be any decent actor. I'm going by the synopsis posted below where it says her boyfriend has died and she's bringing the culprits to justice. What do you think?

I've no idea but haven't they given awards with weird titles recently? The Long Ballad's success has not been properly acknowledged has it? They showed a clip from The Blue Whisper at Weibo so I assume it has something to do with that? Reba pulls a face when it's announced like she's laughing at the title. I wonder what Li Xian and Yang Zi got an award for?

Wow, how confident and composed does our girl look? Frankly, she could wear a plastic bag and still stand out. Her expression says she knows her own worth and everyone else's too.
