The acting is not an Oscar one ok, but the plot makes sense for now.

I see many of you arguing about the plot hole of Palm and Nuengdiao being on the beach living their relationship openly while the mother is in coma and the father is arrested, BUT MAYBE you're all forgetting that their are miles away from the city, without a mobile phone nor a computer to check on the news. Ok, you'll say they could at least try to find a TV or a newspaper, but since they must keep a low profile, maybe is not the case to start looking for information and get to show your face here and there asking people. Also, Palm was ordered from his dad to stay there as safe place and he will contact him as soon as the situation in Bangkok is better... So, without the devices mentioned before, there's nothing P&N can do, except for waiting...

and now i get to the main point....
imagine you are confined on a beautiful island with all the minimum facilities, with the guy you have feeling for (and he feels the same too!!!), horny af due to your teenage age - C'MON, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOU IN THAT SITUATION!!! How would you spend your time, if not trying to know each other and why not, doing some first experiences? Knowing that if you contact home you will cause trouble to you first and to your dears at home too.

So, in my opinion this is not a plot hole. And for people wondering all the mafia plot holes or how is the story proceeding for the enemy in Bangkok ...mmmh I think we are all here for the love story, if you want some investigating story go watch Sherlock Holmes or some Agatha Christie's product.

Their couple chemistry is going on like for Sarawat-Bright/Tine-Metawin: IN REVERSE MODE
seems like they recorded the first episodes later so the chemistry was consolidated and on fire, while the latest scenes are recorded at the beginning or in any case too soon for them to be completely involved in "couple relationship things"...
but seems strange since Boun-Prem are doing projects together for years already... maybe the fault is on the production / direction - who knows

Yeah, I agree. I also found the actors of that gay couple like "embarrassed" in that scene, you could see that there's no intimacy between them. On the other side, the wedding scene was more sencere.
Plus,.... Nueng was recording from that short distance, please give those men some personal space! it should've been a more private moment in my opinion, ok filming, but some meters a little far were not bad ;) hahaha...

The secret for liking this drama is.. not expecting a serious drama!
The hype was not worth it after watching the 1st ep, but I gave it a second chance with the 2nd ep and if you change mentality and think that this is a light drama for pure entertainment is better working!
2nd ep was hilarious and now I can say it... can't wait for next episode! :)

I found the 1st episode well directed. The cinematography was great, seems like there is a vintage filter on 🥰
I big standing ovation for the little kids that portrayed the young main characters, their acting was on point and they gave me really best-friends-for-life vibes.
For those who said that the episode was slow: c'mon we are talking about a 12-ep Drama, what's that rush for? This episode was useful to show the bound between the 5 friends and for sure will be a unit of measure for the future when these friends will be affected by life challenges and changes.

yeah that's what I meant, the age gap is strange when we are talking about a minor and an adult, but as soon as the minor is an adult it's usually not a problem anymore - but the gap is still the same lol >.<
With this I'm not saying that it's ok for a very young person to go with a 30yo guy, but I don't find scandalous for a 16yo to stay together with someone of 19 or 20.

In Italy let's say that is also complicated but having consensual sex is acceptable from the law from 16yo and here you're legally adult only from 18yo too. Coming back to Hom/Peak case I also think that it's ok only if the wait after Peak is 18 but I don't find them "monsters" for the feelings they feel 🙌🥰

I see that many people is angry about the Peak-Hom relationship, but guys maybe you have no idea how life in reality is. I explain better:
- I get the point that some of you can't accept the age gap because in YOUR PERSONAL life you will never look for a younger or older guy, but that doesn't mean that all the age-gap-relationships are wrong! you are judging there without considering the feelings of the characters (or people in RL).
- 9th grade means 15 years old, I don't know how it works in your country but in mine (Italy) guys of that age are quite curious and an older girl can be quite interesting in their eyes. On the other side in the eyes of a young lady as Hom (of whom we don't know the age, but for now let's suppose that she just begun the university, she would be 18/19/20yo) I find it believable that she can find him interesting too, because some guys seems more mature of their age (physically and mentally - in their screentime on the various episodes we see clearly that Peak try to look his best in front of her, like he maintains his childish side with his friends, but with her he is ready to appear more "man").
- now for sure is not the best time for them to be together (Hom still feels the obligation to follow what the society suggests and for Peak finishing the high-school will bring many changes in his life and also will form his personality more) but after the 3-years time skip I'm quite sure that we will find them more prepared to face a relationship with each other.
So please don't judge for now, but let these kids grow a little more and see how the feelings evolve.

Their story has the base to be a realistic portrait of the right/person-wrong/time love story. :)
