With such record setting ratings, it doesn't make sense to end the series when it's really beginning. There are so many more Knight Flower stories that need to be told. For past dramas that had double digit ratings, they added extra episodes and I was hoping that "Knight Flower" would do so. This show is a great drama since the ending was satisfying but it kept you wanting more. I am hoping that fans feedback prompt the producers to create a Season 2 with the current cast.
This show has made me an even bigger fangirl of the incredibly gifted actress Honey Lee. Former Miss Korea with a Masters and Bachelors from Seoul National University, she is beautiful, smart, athletic and has stellar comedic skills. Honey Lee in real life is just as smart, strong and accomplished as Yeo Hwa. Honey Lee is the modern day Yeo Hwa and her casting is perfect.
"Knight Flower" is excellent in so many aspects,:the storytelling, script, character development, humor, and casting. This one of the best drama's I've ever watched and it was one of the few where I rewatched episodes several times. I ranked it a 10 and will be rewatching. Bravo!
Lee Hana is too old for this role, which the character is in 30 to 35. She is 40 and look older with little chubby…
I disagree. Lee Honey is perfect for this role with her acting ability, beauty, personality and comedic skills. You are basing it all on superficial ageism and weight whereas most viewers want a strong actress who can carry the role.
I just finished watching the finale on Kocowa with subs .According to Allkpop, Nielsen Korea stated that the Feb. 18th "finale of "Knight Flower"eached a nationwide viewership rating of 18.4%. This is the highest viewership rating by any MBC drama aired on Friday and Saturday so far, surpassing 'The Red Sleeve.' 'The Red Sleeve' had a record at 17.4%."
