I totally get where you're coming from, but let me add how my brain interpreted it lol. Yes, the caving to fans…
It was in fact realistic unfortunately, but I just couldn't really feel the beautiful sadness of the self-sacrifice because it was realistic. I was just so mad that she had to do it, with the knowing in the back of my mind that this had surely happened a lot in the real world. Oh that c**t, I get she's running a business but she is just ... let's just say well written. I thing Gam and Pepper would be back together, I can see when an another press conference is done for Thame and Po, that they would also be there to talk about their story on how the way the fandom treated them it teared them apart. If we get a happy ending, I hope we get a real one where Thame and Po are truly together. Not those type where the main couple have to go long distance, stayed together and wait for each others, I'm so sick of this same plot point that is in way too many drama already.
This is a cute show. The plot is really interesting and it touch on something important about the BL fanbase entitlement on actors. This should be explore way more. Because wether if they dating someone or if the ships aren't real, the way fans react to it is really damaging to the actors they supposedly love and support. We've seen already many actors losing fan over this. At a time where the LGBTQA+ community is under attack in more places in the world. Let's support one and other, wether you part of it or an ally, let's not turned against those who offers us the visibility we deserve. Sorry about the ranting, now back to this series. It's cute and easy to watch, there is so funny part, the acting was also good. To be completely honest, I liked the Japanese version more. But he can not be really compare, even tho the plot is the same, the approach is totally different. In the Japanese one, the comedy aspect is in the forefront of it, in a really exaggerated manga manner which could be an acquired taste. This one is more in a " subtle " Thaï manner of comedy. There's also this specific plot point that I didn't like in this version. The lie about Anda being a girl was so unnecessary, it felt to me like filler make the show longer. But still beside that, it's a good well done show. If you like classic BL Thaï romance, you'll probably like it.
To be honest, I kinda disappointed by the direction this episode took. At first at was so happy that they decided to be upfront about it, opening the discussion that they should be allow to love. The way idols and actors are treated like a personal objet by fans who think that them dating is a the biggest treason, needs to be talk about, it needs to be seen more. The rest of the series should've been about that. This episode just once again perpetuate the entitlement of fans by showing them, if they have a big enough tantrum, the ones they supposedly love and support would end the relation for them. This is just a raw reaction to the episode. I do still hope that this would become a bigger thing when Thame and Po relation will be expose and I hope they will be upfront with it and please no apology to be in a relation. The fact that Pepper did, pissed me off. The real discussion about the subject would finally take place. That's my hope. But I'll be even more disappointed by the complete show if the climax of the story is about Thame or all of Mars going to Korea. If this is the biggest issues left, it'll be such a missed opportunity.
Can you spoil me on why Fujisawa stayed with Sei? Did he love him? Why did he refuse his advances all this while…
So from what I recall, the day Sei's parent died, they made a stop to see Fujisawa first. There's was a talk about them wanting Sei to have a wife and kids. Because they stoped to see him, Fujisawa feels responsible for their death. He does in fact love Sei, but didn't want to do anything because of what Sei's parents said to him.
I couldn't wait for his week episode to come out, but now I'm sad knowing there only one episode left. So for this episode, I had read spoiler about it so I wasn't surprise by the despicable this Fujisawa did to Sei. I'm truly mad about the way he acted, he had multiple occasion to stop and even with the spoiler base on the book, I was kind hopping he would have stop himself at some point, but even with the defeat look on Sei's face, the bastard still went on. I think the reason why Sei still decided to stop things with Hagiwara is maybe he also feel responsible for the damage to Hagiwara's relationship or he might think that it is better for Hagiwara to stay with Kaori or be with a woman instead of him. I'm basing this on the spoiler about the conversation Sei had with Fujisawa about the reason why Fujisawa stayed with him all this time. About Kaori, I sincerely sympathized with her, she might be asexual. That why communication is key in a relationship, especially for how long they've been together. That fault is on both of them. Still, I don't believe that if they had that discussion sooner, they would had stayed together, but they would be no cheating. Next week, we're obviously getting the talk with Sei and Fujisawa. I know Sei is going to be forgiving and say it's also his fault which pisses with off already. People getting away with horrible stuff is maddening, I can't understand it. I watched Mr Cinderella 2 yesterday and I'm still fulled with rage, if you have watched it, I'm sure you understand. Back to the show, I believe there is multiple books so I'm hopping with my entire being that they won't make us wait for another season to see Sei and Hagiwara coupled up. Like each week, I love this episode and I keep falling deeper in love with this show. On that note, let us pray for a finally worthy of this masterpiece.
This was really fun. I didn't really know what to expect on the comedy aspect of this movie. But from the first five minutes, I got it right away and was ready for it. I saw some review and comments complaining about the "bad" over exaggerated acting, well, I loved it. It was just silly and made me laugh. The only thing that bothered me is that it was a bit rush, like this should have been at least 20 to 30 minutes longer to give more time for the character's feeling to feel less rash. But still, I had a real good time watching it. I saw comments of people wandering if they should watch this one or the thaï version. I'm planning to watch the drama after this one because the base plot interested me. So I recommend that you watch the first five minutes of this movie to see if you vibe with it or not. If you really don't like it, then you can just stop there and go to the drama. I'm pretty sure if those few minutes was bad for you, then you're definitely not gonna enjoy the rest of it. For those who do, I hope you have a good time.
I'm confused. I can't tell if I liked it or not. I can't make up my mind, was it good or bad? I have no idea. It was so short, maybe too short and that why I can't tell because the plot is good. I'm so confused. Is there anyone else feeling that way? And If you are considering to watch this, go ahead, it's a good confusion ......... Look over there!
I coming back here after watching the entire series this to me is the best and most interesting one. I feel like I would have enjoyed the others more if I had watched Mood Indigo last. Because the feeling and vibe got lost after the novelist. I kept thinking that I would have like if the entire series was more about Kajima and Kido. I had never liked triangle relationship plot, but somehow, here I wish it had happened. I was already waiting for it in The Novelist. To me, Kajima had so much more chemistry with Kido, and I liked Kuzumi but after the novelist, they could have had only the first spring life and stop there. The others after felt unnecessary, like we were going in circle. And the adding the other version of Kuzumi was so underuse. I kept missing the vibe of Mood Indigo and The Novelist. So actually, even tho I loved Mood Indigo, I wouldn't recommend it if you are planing to watch the rest of the series, or at least watch it last.
Wow, this was a perfect mini romance series. For what it is, this cutesy high school love story got everything right. There were no superficial drama. I felt the feelings were developing nicely, it wasn't rushed for this length of show. The communication between the leads was on point. On and all, it's just sweet, pure candy. If you're having a bad day, just not feeling great, this will definitely lift up your mood. It can easily being watch in one sit in, the visuals are nice, the acting is good, the chemistry between the leads is there. This is a real feel good show.
Every time I watch a new drama, I always go in with no expectation and just accept the work that is presented to me for what it is. I don't let myself be phase by the comments before hand, actually I only go through them to see how it ends. I don't care about being spoiled, to me the journey to the end is what matter and knowing where it's going put me at ease. I just dislike seeing comments that is just pure bashing on a show, sometime I feel with no respect for those who worked on it. And even if the show is bad, they don't do it knowing it's bad just to piss off those who will watch it. So with that in mind, this show is really calm, sometimes to the point of not hearing information that would explain where we are at. The cast pleasing to the eyes, so was the different locations and the food as well. If you would like to watch it because you're curious about the plot, the cast or to have your own opinion on it, go ahead, don't be scared. Just bear in mind that it's a very long show that requires patience. It might only says 11 episodes, but one episode could actually feel like 2 or 3. So, may patience be in your favor.
Like most people said in the comment, it was bad that it became good. Their first night together was a clear sign of what to expect. Kamol's "weeping" scene is still to this this funniest thing I ever witness in a drama. This show was camp at it's finest. To me camp is the absurd, ridicule, the over the top but taken seriously, like it's the most normal thing ever and this was it. The mafioso music in it was just top choice.
Oh come on. Was it good ? No. But was I entertained? Yes. Did I watch it with my finger on the right arrow on my keyboard ? Also yes. But still entertained bye the mess of it all. I remember laughing at the guy finding the button. Also the people on show who got cheating on, kinda deserved it.
I've also had that question. Mars seem quite a popular group. But they just go around town without even a face…
A compilation is coming from their first hug at the bus stop. During that scene, I remember myself screaming at my screen "You're in the street! You're famous! There could be camera everywhere!".
Oh that c**t, I get she's running a business but she is just ... let's just say well written.
