Flood them with emails and do not stop till you get an answer. When did you order it?
Not a single one of us received a refund nor boxset. The director was sending emails with excuses on why the boxsets are late... then it came to refunds... Now he could not refund us. Then we were getting the refund and the boxset to show "how sorry he was" for the delay.
I had sent several emails and messages to the director over this experience only to be ignored. Ignored while he posted daily on social media and continued to promote the series. ZERO communication to us. Felt like a scam.
I went through paypal for my refund...well I could no longer get it. The director cleverly sent a mass email right before the paypal refund policy cut off. He said that quote,
“I deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused you, and I want to assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the situation. We have identified the problem and have taken immediate action to rectify it. I have personally reviewed your orders and ensured that the necessary arrangements are in place.To make up for the delay and inconvenience, I am pleased to inform you that we will be shipping the Till The World Ends Boxset to you promptly. Additionally, as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction, we will be refunding the full amount of your purchase directly to your PayPal account.”
This was sent May of 2023. We had ordered these boxsets in December 2022. It's April 2024, and surprise, surprise-not a word to any of us since May.
Again, I have tried to get in touch with him through social media, where he is very actively posting. But I am ignored.

Mad at ep 8. They are finally dating. Kang is sooo affectionate and kind towards Sailom. Kang spent all of ep 7 proving how much he cares and has changed. Sailom spent ep 8 acting colder and more strict than usual towards Kang. Denying all Kang's affections, even though he was the one in love first. Hugs Kang at end, only after he finds out what his papa did. I'm not expecting full on NC right away but at least give your bf a hug when he asks so nicely. I hope we get some resolve the next episode. Seems so from the previews...
I find Yai to be pretentious and boring. I have not read the novel, so I don't know if Yai has much character development. I sure hope he does because so far he's just arrogant and whiney. His security/employees (?) are hilarious though. Ajo is a G. Playing the game. Lol The acting can be stiff at times. Has great production and locations. I did enjoy the first episode. I'm anxious to see if the story will pick up soon.
