Sadly no, it's subbed up until episode 20 on viki and it's been slow process. I haven't found any other sites that have it fully subbed.

I loved the anime and although the drama is different I still enjoy it so far

I agree. and the romance is good in both. I watched Arang for Shin Min Ah but ended up loving Lee Jun Ki.
