She doesn't look like someone who had reincarnated.
TL;DRML is toxic, abusive, doesn't take no for an answer and manipulative, things that i personally hate. But amidst all that, what really infuriates me is that she doesn't look like someone who had a second chance when she did everything she could in the first life to become the empress, in this life, she simply became a cornered lady waiting for her savior. She was portrayed as merciless, badass and strong empress then, now, all of sudden, became a puppy in front of ML, it really turns off... to the point i had to drop it.

The only thing worthwhile is the FL's personality
The only thing got me hooked to this drama was the female lead's personality, it was so full of life and well written that made me expect what she would do in the next scene, the actress definitely needs a major drama casting, she’s gorgeous! but, as nothings perfect, the male lead in the other hand, insufferable, at some point couldn’t take him anymore, they portrayed him soo unreal that was cringe, I mean, I know they wanted to make a innocent lead and such, but come on.. they made him too weak and shy, at some point I was really pissed off of his choices (not gonna spoil it, but argh, just remembering makes my blood boil).Anyways, it was a fun ride, definitely worth watch once!

Male Lead is INSUFFERABLE!
Alright, to be honest, it’s a good story with poorly written male lead, and, dear god, unbelievable nosy and annoying. Whenever he was on screen, I had to fast forward or watch it 2x cuz couldn’t bear to watch a scene with him. Thought i could push through even when skipping his parts, but when she stills getting feelings for him, I couldn’t handle anymore. Second lead (Zhang something) would be a better fit for her than this brat of a MC.Even when the fl as Su Miao literally said she hated him when rejecting, he still tried to force his way through… holy god, that pissed tf outta me.
it got to a point where the plot of the second leads was more interesting than the main leads. It would’ve been a good drama.
