Great drama
Overdo is honestly getting better and better! š The pacing is so goodāfast, engaging, and not dragged out at all. The visuals are beautiful, and the cast really brings the story to life. Every episode makes me want to keep watching. Definitely one of those dramas that gets more addictive as it goes! š„ā¤ļøThe story has so many twists and emotional moments that it keeps me invested. Zhang Linghe and Wang Churan look absolutely stunning together, and their chemistry is š„. The Republican-era setting, costumes, music, and overall atmosphere give the drama such a distinct feel. Iām already emotionally attached to these characters and just want to keep watching!

AI intro, bad CGI, no chemistry
Struggling š The story sounds promising, but the editing and directing are a little too much for me. So many close-ups, random tonal changes. Ai intro. Some bad cgi scenes. Donāt feel the chemistry between main leads.Also feel the costumes and overall production look cheaper than expected, with a few saying it resembles a low-budget mini-drama

Meh
I really wanted to like Love for You, but it just didnāt work for me. The pacing feels slow, and some parts of the story are unnecessarily dragged out. The chemistry also didnāt feel as convincing as I expected, so I found myself losing interest as the episodes went on. Just meh. Better drama out there.Was this review helpful to you?

Definitely overhyped by fans.- donāt have the original cast chemistry
- dragging, slow pacing, not enough excitement
- Not emotionally gripping enough
- first few episodes with abrupt transitions
- older original version is way better
- plot is not addictive enough
- AI intro (disrespectful to consumers when there was an outcry against AI intro just 2 weeks ago)
