1. Malicious actions forcing a link to the actor
I criticized the bereaved family yesterday for irresponsibly ignoring my warnings and requests and publicly releasing source-unknown writings, artificially connecting them to actor Kim Soo-hyun. The family knew that the content portrayed the deceased as “unable to live without a man, as if suffering from bipolar disorder,” yet they still distributed it, associating it with the actor.
If the writing released yesterday was truly authored by Kim Saeron in her second year of high school, it describes her emotional suffering over romantic relationships and ends with a bizarre laugh such as “ㅎㅎㄹㄹㄹㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㄹㄹㄹㄹ…”. Anyone reading it would perceive emotional instability or bipolar traits. I personally found it deeply unsettling.
The released text was not the version the family initially intended to disclose, and I know firsthand that the family had considered carefully whether to make it public, which proves they understood the serious harm it could cause to the deceased’s honor. Indeed, there had already been tabloid-like rumors stating that the family possessed materials that could make the deceased appear as a frivolous woman regarding men.
Despite knowing this, the family ultimately released the material, seemingly to sway public opinion ahead of the investigation results, sacrificing the deceased’s honor in the process. The responsibility for portraying a minor deceased as “emotionally unstable and dependent on men” lies solely with the family.
2. Contradictions between materials and clear evidence of deliberate false information dissemination
Furthermore, the text released by the family directly contradicts other content they claimed was a threatening handwritten letter from the deceased (to her first and only love, a six-year relationship since middle school).
Because the family collected photos and chat logs from the deceased’s phone and cloud, without being able to identify any specific male, they attempted to attribute everything to a single person, resulting in materials with no consistency.
The family already knew that the false letters and statements used in March 2024 to cancel a debt of 700 million won were fabricated. The text released yesterday serves as further proof. This demonstrates that the family acted intentionally, effectively admitting their awareness of falsity.
3. Position and plan regarding the exploitation of the deceased minor’s private life for public manipulation
The family’s recently announced statement reflects no self-reflection and is purely an attempt to play the victim. Instead, they continue to threaten me, even mentioning potential bar association disciplinary action.
Initially, I planned to minimize responses, but given their two-day pattern of public manipulation, I have decided to actively respond through the media against defamation and opinion manipulation.
If the family continues to trample on the deceased’s honor, I will have no choice but to seriously consider revealing evidence about the deceased’s real life and family relationships, which have until now been protected. I still hope this can be avoided, but the situation is becoming unavoidable.

--There is no evidence of a “renaming,” as the names Chaltteok, Hotteok, Dal, and Gureum coexisted and were publicly mentioned by Kim Sae-ron between 2018–2020.
--There are documented mentions indicating that Dal and Gureum were already 1 year old in March 2019, which completely invalidates the timeline invoked by the accusers.
The attempt to construct a supposed relationship between Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron by interpreting the names of animals does not constitute evidence, but speculation, with no probative value. Moreover, public information suggests that if these names could be associated with a real person, they appear to be much more closely linked to an idol member, with whom Kim Sae-ron seemed close both during her minor years and afterward. This directly contradicts the direction in which suspicions are being forcibly oriented.
Therefore, using the cats’ names as “evidence” constitutes:
--a distortion of facts,
--a speculative construction,
--and an attempt to manipulate public opinion.
Turning private and legally irrelevant elements into pseudo-evidence does not constitute a valid legal argument.
The conclusion is clear: Credible accusations cannot be built based on symbolic interpretations of the names of animals.
Responsibility for spreading these claims lies both with those who formulated them and the media outlets that reproduced them without minimal verification of the facts.

What happened was a clear witch-hunt and large-scale cyberbullying that eventually forced him into a tearful press conference

At that time, attorney Lee Don Ho livestreamed the press conference. Many viewers felt his tone was mocking.

His thumbnails used phrases like “full makeup” and “crying hard” and even words like “redemption plan” which made Kim Soo Hyun look as if he were already a criminal.

A video titled “Even if he met a middle school girl, punishment is difficult” created a harmful misunderstanding, even though no such meeting was ever proven. A single phrase distorted public perception.

Because a lawyer’s voice carries authority, reactions like his give online mobs justification. He continued posting videos and shorts about the press conference, and fans told me they felt he was benefiting from growing traffic. Some said they were shocked to see him pleased when his content appeared on TV.
