Honestly I'm surprised they managed to fit so mutch in 25 minutes, personaly I like it so far even if it feels staged, we all going to compare it to the Thai one so I may as well get it out there. Payu/Arashi; Shoma's acting isn't that far of from Boss's so it's kind of fitting, it's kind of expected and. I don't really have mutch to say about the other characters yet.. Idk we shall see how it goes after a couple episodes because I'm most definitely not looking forward to that on bit (Yk) 👀
Im always on a hunt for shows like these but I've seen 90% of the ones being recommend to me.. I've not actually seen it yet but apparently "Inseparable Bros" is good and similar!
Oh and if you like anime there is "buddy daddies" but they just adopt a kid, it has nothing to do with ASD if that's what your looking for!
