Hi Tea! XD Sorry for the slow reply--glad you're feeling better! :D
There's a new episode of Master's Sun today! ASdsljghfkdg so freakin' excited. Except I made myself promise to wait until the weekend cause I have a test tomorrow. I am evil to myself. XP yes, I am 100% in love.
Almost paradiiiiiiiiiise! Haha oh my gosh that song seriously almost drove me crazy but now it's kind of fun to mock it. I think OSTs are the only reason I'm able to leave dramaworld (sorta) and get some real work done--I'll just play the songs on repeat ad nauseam in the background and it'll feel like I never left the dramaverse lol. You're Beautiful was the 1st drama I watched and I smile when I hear those songs. Some of these I had forgotten about, thanks for this post to remind me! :)

haha that's ok sometimes I take a long time to reply too :)
I've actually trimmed down my drama watching to just the 2 new episodes of Master's Sun on Fridays so I can get the rest of my schoolwork done. So I have not seen any new Goddess of Fire episodes, though in the last few there weren't as many shoe scenes haha. It might also have to do something with the fact that I watched the first few episodes without subtitles, so while I didn't understand much, I DID understand that they were obsessed with the girl's shoes. lol
And YES oh my gosh why is Master's Sun only 16 episodes? I want the happiness to last forever! (except then it would probably get drawn out and boring, so maybe not). I would already rate it a 10 and move it to the top of my favorites, except that I don't know what the ending is going to be like. (It's gonna be great, right? RIGHT???) Is episode 11 here yet? lol

Hi! Thanks for accepting my request! I saw we started watching dramas around the same time and thought a random friend request was in order :) But you've definitely made more progress in watching! (I've only finished 18 dramas haha)
Thanks for the recap! :)
I have a question though--for a while Aunt Joo has been calling Gong Sil "Bang Sil" instead. Does anyone know if this is another play on words/there's a reason for her saying Bang instead of Gong? Isn't it like saying "room room" (? ?)?

Hehe thanks. I'm doing pretty well, how are you? :)
Well besides Master's Sun, I'm liking Goddess of Fire, mostly because of Kim Bum lol though the prince was growing on me in the past few eps. I've fallen behind a bit in watching it but I'll finish it eventually. For some reason though, a lot of the characters have like a shoe fetish or something and it cracks me up to see them just lovingly holding, staring at, or talking to a shoe!
I've heard Good Doctor is, well, good lol but since I've got a lot of school stuff I'm going to wait for later to watch it. How are you liking it so far? Ohhh did you start Iljimae too? That's been on my list for a while, I hope it's good! :D

It's so hard to choose, really every language has something amazing about it and sometimes I'll hear something spoken and be like, "I want to learn that language, it sounds awesome!"...and then, well, life happens haha. I'm more often attracted to languages I hear often through music and TV (so, French, Korean, Mandarin--Spanish is out for the time being), but sometimes I just like the way a language sounds (Swedish, Russian, and I have SO much fun speaking Italian even though I only know...about 2 words haha). Some others I'm attracted to because of other people I know (German, Vietnamese, Arabic, Japanese). I'm sure that, like my drama list, my language list will grow to an impossible amount as well. So I'm kind of with you on the whole not-knowing-where-to-start thing. XD
Are you interested in any other languages besides Korean, Japanese, and Chinese?

Oh gosh, get some sleep! haha
Well, the thanks was well-deserved! I love the playlist! :D Ahh, my Spanish is like that too, I took 4 years of it in high school (it was the only full language program offered at my school so I felt kind of forced to take it and therefore didn't like it that much) and haven't really paid much attention to it for about 3 years and forgot a lot until recently when I found a Spanish drama--Aguila Roja--and some of the episodes weren't subbed so I was surprised at how quickly things came back to me when I had to listen to the dialogue! I only took an introductory French class a summer ago but I don't think I learned a lot--I can pick up the vocab pretty quickly but I always forget how to conjugate :P At this point my Korean might actually be better than my French haha

OH MY GOODNESS THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I don't think I can properly convey my thanks and excitement through the internet, but I'll try. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
Ohhh, and both the movies look so good too!!! Did I say thank you already? Thank you!!! :D
Petra's song is incredible! And I love the others too, I'll definitely be playing this playlist a lot! :)
So have you been learning Chinese since you started watching dramas in 2003? And Japanese since 2005? Or is it one of those start-stop kind of things? XD I feel like it's that way for me with French and Spanish. I agree it really is hard to focus on just one language!

I LOVE mixing tea! It's so much fun and I feel like I'm inventing a new secret recipe lol. I'l have to try the green tea and rose petals one. :D There's a tea place by my house that sells a type of blueberry tea and pineapple tea, and I love mixing those two together.

I hope this works! (If not "zulu be prepared" on Youtube should bring it up) Scar's voice is really evil and they do this click sound when they speak every once in a while and it sounds like so much fun...I'll admit after I first saw it I was just wandering around my house for about 10 minutes trying to imitate the sound. XD
No, but I'd love to go sometime! Thanks so much! So far I've only know some verrryyy basic Swedish (and with my drama addiction it's easier to get sucked into improving my Korean) so maybe once I learn a bit more I'll have some questions ^_^ but do you have any suggestions for Swedish music or shows?
I'm from the U.S. (California mostly but currently in the Midwest for school)

Aw, thank you! Yes, I love it! I'll have to find some Thai versions, though, I don't think I've ever heard them sung in that language! Have you heard the Zulu version of Be Prepared from the Lion King though? It's one of my favorites!
Really? Hur mår du? :D Sweden has some awesome dubbing versions, and is really fun to listen to in whatever context, I think haha. Also, a long time ago my great grandparents on my dad's side came from Sweden so I guess that's part of why I'm interested too. :)

Oh no! Hope you feel better! (maybe drink some hot tea to help? :D )
Oh yes, I'm definitely planning to! Just usually I don't like watching dramas all at once (my list says I'm watching 3 right now, but I've sort of put Goddess of Fire and Devil Beside You on hold--shh don't tell! lol) so probably after I finish Master's Sun and maybe Goddess of Fire I'll go watch it--and hopefully by then I won't have to wait for episodes either! :)

haha thanks for accepting! I loved your profile and just burst out laughing at your last picture. By the way, what drama is the one where the couple is snogging away at each other? (the good chemistry one) And I'm all about happy endings too, I can totally relate!
