The drama has passed it's midpoint if they dragged it any longer the redemption would just not feel that impactful. There are still lot of things that need to be covered like Tim has signed the project with Pai's friend so that project. Tim's debt needs to be paid off the debt collectors are still behind him. Tim's parents need to come back. Pai should get to know about all of Tim's lies fall for him again and also gain the free life he always wanted. They have 5 episodes to do all that they cant lose another episode.

Pai was not disowned. He chose to be disowned cz he wanted to save Tim from the lawsuit. He did it to himself my choice. The grandpa just wanted him back in the company if u remember he was planning to leave empire and start a business with Tim. He basically got the freedom he always wanted but without a financial security. Pai was not alone he has north with him from the way he showed up at north's place he probably was planning to stay at his place but that idiot lost his place too🤭. I dont think Tim is taking advantage of Pai he clearly told him that he'd support Pai until he is able to stand on his feet. It's all Pai's decisions. They clearly show that Pai although is hurt he still loves Tim. Out of his entire family Tim was the only one who cared for him without any expectations (intially it was money but yes). Also Tim didn't exactly cheat. He was not dating those women he was a sugar baby im not sure why the translation changed but in the previous episodes they clearly say he's a sugar baby. That's also the reason those women chose not to sue him cz they can't they came to him cz they wanted to sleep with him but tim avoided it everytime. The only person he slept with was Pai

Damn the entire wedding scene my heart ached for Pai knowing soon all his dreams are gonna come crashing down. When he gave away his everything for Tim and yu i just couldn't stop crying. But then the whole change in the environment after that i really liked it🤭🤭 although i was expecting pure angst i like that Tim and Yu are now actually putting some effort into taking care of their partners without the involvement of money.

I did get a little pissed with Yu though cz he literally told north he wouldn't lie to him and then helped Tim while lying to north. But north is just such a sweetheart ❤️❤️ both empire siblings deserve the world.

Damn seeing Qin jealous and taking care of Duang was not on my bingo card❤️ it just shows that the balance is not off.

I am a novel reader so i agree my pov on the drama might be different personally i hated revenged love plot especially as a novel reader. Wei wei was a straight up psychopath to his ex and he never apologized to her for what he did to her. Also CC might have been a good guy for wei.. kinda... but same scenes that were not in the drama were just too gore.

I saw more talks about the redemption arc than abuse so i dont blame the show instead i assume we're on the opposite sides of the internet.

Personally if i were to choose the best of the 3 leads hua, fan and chi cheng. I'd go for Fan Xiao (from to my shore) if YSL hadn't found out the truth fan would just be the green flag guy he was to YSL his only mistake I'd say was him making that stupid "bet" with his friend that he'd break YSL's heart. I really liked how he repented and paid for every bad thing he did and even gave YSL the family he wished he had but never had and the best part was that he was ready to do it eventhough it meant he won't be a part of his life ever again and took care of him from afar..

But yeah YSL did get to know about the bet n fan didn't know how to explain himself. I loved it cz i found both the characters relatable.

Abo desire sheng forgives hua not cz hua liked him since he was a kid but cz of he loved him unconditionally unlike his own family that used him as a money milk. Yes hua might have crossed the line in real world terms but in omegaverse rut is basically a maniac episode. Hua literally tied himself up and locked himself in the special room just to stop himself from hurting sheng. Same was the case for wen lang who hated omegas but he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. In real world terms it's like they're basically drugged. I guess you would have to finish abo desire to know that.

As for to my shore people didn’t like it for the toxic part but for the part where YSL actually fights back which u dont usually see in BLs he puts up a really good fight and the redemption arc was totally worth it.

Both dramas it was not the toxicity that people liked it was how people changed just to make the person they love happy. Well that's my pov.

I've not read the novel but the top is manipulative but in a good way. He is a green flag

Watched ep 1. It's different from the usual offgun roles gotta say that. It's neither good nor bad i guess. For me i felt the edits and sounds were kinda off and random. I get the vision they were going for but the execution was not that great. It was supposed to give this manga animation vibe which it didn't. Also... i kinda don't get where the plot is going like uk the key hook like something you're waiting for. I am definitely not waiting for their romance cz idk i didn't root for the characters like i usually did. I think i liked the 2nd couple better but im not sure if that could make me continue this series

Well nothing noteworthy happening with the main couple their story kinda went flat🙃. One thing i have to say is someone gotta fix first's hair😭😭 i really love his hair wth is that😭😭 also he's supposed to have a fierce debt collector look like lynx's mom mentioned but he looks like a normal guy😭😭 why styled him.

Also i was kinda thinking it would be greatsatang here especially after the breakup announcement but looks like it's winnysatang. It's probably their last series together though. I'm kinda confused like why did they break up neither them nor the company had a reason they had great chemistry, dramas lined up as leads, popular and their dramas were a hit... anyways i really liked winny's styling they did a good job for the 1st time i felt a look suited him. He looks good with glasses

Just finished this series. Took me around 6 months to finally force myself to finish this.

Ngl it started off great as an office romance between a student and his secret admirer. It went good for a while the flasbacks kinda gave us a sense of curiosity like what happened in the previous life? Why are they having these dreams? What are they trying to fix? Etc.

Then the drama just goes downhill. The entire design thief plot was uninteresting and kinda draggy. The past life reveal is in the last 3 episodes so the rest of the episodes pretty much has no progress. You'll realise that the past life is not exactly past life but kinda like the story of a part of their souls? And the whole point of that was to free Salin's original soul. Then comes the real WTF moment Original sun actually saw salin as his sister and rejects her cz he loves someone else so salin kills sun's lover and his soul ends up trapped unable to reincarnate but then how tf did sun and salin fall in love in this life??? Shouldn't sun fall for the other girl again?? Worse the original sun also falls for original salin in her absence 🙃🙃 also why n what was the original sun protecting current salin from? Bro his orignal soul killed ur lover🙄. Well that was a mess but then they got a happy ending so i guess we're good. Damn MosBank really need better scripts cz wtf was this.

I had 0 interest in the gl couple. Initially i was curious but their plot was pretty much repetitive.

My favorite would be the 2nd couple SamYo. I liked their playful banter, the chemistry everything . I skipped most of the drama but not their scenes.
