I think the same. That It's not all fluff. Day needed realize that even though he got feelings for August he needed to slowly move on to have a fresh start and open his heart for Mhok. That small gestures that happened in the past episodes just show that this little slow burn leads somewhere deeper. At first was I thinking the pacing was off but after rewatching ep 5 ending I get that is really good.

Me too! I really don't get why there are so many negative reviews. They handled the show well. There is not only chemistry between to main leads but also a lot of intimacy. The plot is very well thought put and this is one these shows that I didn't fast forward like I did with 2gether. Cameos are a lot of fun 😊
