OMG, totally agree with you about Wu Lei. Even in Fights Break Sphere he wasn’t quite grown up. It was initially hard for me to reconcile the manly warrior in Long Ballad with the little cutie in NiF. I avoided watching this one for a long time bc I’m not a fan of either WL or DD. I’m so glad I finally got over that and started it. Once I did, I just binged watched the whole thing. MLs had great on screen chemistry and now that I just finished the show I can’t start anything else bc I can’t find anything comparable yet. Feel like I need a detox period before starting another show!

Great article! Reading this convinced me to sign up for an MDL account. I’ve been coming to the website a lot just to look up characters in shows because there are so many and I can’t keep the names/roles straight. Now I’m gonna have to go find those discussion forums you mentioned to get more insight into the shows I love!
