Well Soojin actually was an evil character in the webtoon so I was surprised she was an ally in the drama. But with what happened I think that yes, she's coming with her evilness
I see everyone expected from Chon to forget his life-long love for Ton and falling for Na but controlling feelings isn't possible.. Like, Na is sooo cute, really I love him, but from the beginning Chon told him that he loved Ton and that he will always be just a friend, it hurts but he was always sincere with him about that. And for Ton, did you see his family's behaviour ? Obviously he would hide to even himself that he could like guys too, a lot of homosexuals that I know were homophobic before accepting it and making their coming out, it's actually pretty realistic for Ton to have had homophobic behaviours before he was forced to face his own feelings. For these points I can't agree with all of you because, well, it's actually a very human behaviour that they have and it's difficult to manage our own feelings or go against what the people around us taught us all our life. I still disagree with Ton violence and the fact that he absolutely have to put everyone with girls because "we are masculine guys", but it actually goes with the "I'm not gay, I'm very masculine and I absolutely have to show it with toxic masculinity for no one to think otherwise" so it fits what I said before. Now that he realised who he love (or can love) he's finally separating himself from this appearance he was stuck with.

I think that the webtoon development will be a happy ending for team Suho, judging what's happening with Seojun's idol career and I think that the drama will end like this too cause I don't think they'll send Suho in Japan so no reason for him and Jugyeong not to end together (well it's just my guess thought, we'll see)

I really think it depends on the persons, everyone have their own pace and order to do things. I think he doesn't want to run away anymore, he finally found someone he loves and with who he wants to spend his life with. He wants to face things and have a chance to live his life as a father and a husband.
