Unfortunately, cinema is widely used to manipulate people's values and distort historical facts.

The Chinese online platform Douban is a social network focused on books, movies, and music, similar to Goodreads or IMDb.

In this Chinese community, registered users can share information, rate and review content, and discover new products and cultural events.

On October 25,  I completed one semester of access to MDL and I  joined to this plataform to share my impressions of the entertainment I consume.

I prefer those that give me a sense of well-being and allow me to learn a new perspective on different topics.

I don't like productions that repeat clichés used as formulas to gain engagement and connect with less discerning audiences.

Unfortunately, I've noticed that many platforms are full of fanatics who idolize entertainment professionals and are quick to hurl meaningless words at people.

They carelessly fail to realize that their exaggerated fanaticism is one of the reasons that fuels the hate machine that enslaves most Asian professionals, who become hostages to fanfics and followers who bully them and prevent them from having a healthy personal life without fear of criticism.

This is a call against the toxic behavior and cultural appropriation of the Western streaming industry.

To those who visit this profile, I warn you in advance that my comments and reviews may also be subject to hostile words from some people who foment discord to attract the attention of avatars who delight in derogatory attacks on people.

Unfortunately, the planet is full of small minds who forget that there is life beyond the screen and that expressing one's point of view in a structured manner and with coherent arguments regarding a visual production does not mean that we are attacking the professional profile that fanatics choose to excessively venerate.

May we all remain mentally healthy, both professionals in the entertainment industry and consumers of audiovisual productions.
