I read parts of the translated novel and some summaries and I would say so far, the show is pretty close. They made changes but they were good changes to add more to the story. I read the bit about the mortal realm that's suppose to happen after they were married but the show is showing that part now. I guess I'll start watching it again since the sad part isn't here yet. Time to see their cute mortal love! HAHA.

I watched it raw ones too and did some reading online to help understand what is going on better. I will definitely watch it again once it's fully subbed. I'm putting this on hold so that later I can watch more at once. Waiting for 2 episodes everyday is giving me anxiety but I still visit this page multiple times a day to read comments and updates. Gosh I wish time would go faster! LOL

This girl has the face made for playing fairy/goddess roles in fantasy dramas. So beautiful as Xiao Bai and Jin Mi. Her acting is good and so cute.

I wish they would have showed some sort of growth for Xiao Bai instead of having Xu Xuan bail her out every time. There were a few time were he stood back to give her a chance to handle the situation but he ended up having to jump in anyways.

That is true. I haven't seen the other versions before Destiny of White Snake but I've seen one movie version. My hopes were high for Destiny of White Snake because it's very different from the other versions. I think this version will be more similar to the older ones but I could be wrong. I think I will wait for the trailer to decide if I want to watch this one.

Because they had that scene in the MV and the trailer, I thought they would give us another episode. Or maybe they just cut it out. I cried so much too. One Thousand Years is my favorite Ost from this drama. It's so beautiful. Also that one song that played when she jumped off the bridge.
