I am kind of disappointed at her attempt at self-sacrificing. She obviously was not trying resign because of Sang A's bullying but in a noble attempt to protect So U. But, he doesn't need her protection in that way and she needs her hard to come by job. It's not her fault Sang A is an asshole and she should pay no price as a result.

I am glad he talked to her about communicating and I hope she does that going forward.
