I know the writers wrote MK and JN's relationship as no one in that small office knew they were dating. I find that hard to believe they were dating for 3 years and living together for a year and no one in that tiny office had a clue, I could buy months going by without anyone knowing but not years. But it is what is.

GH had a crush on MK and that's all she knew. She never asked about his family, his background or if he was dating someone. As soon as he started paying attention to her she was all in no questions asked. Even DS managed to stumble upon them and find out they were in a relationship.

JN told her some truths that she refuses to accept. Instead she keeps lying to herself and to those who actually care about and love her.

It's not like Ji Seok didn't try get her to look into this further before she just accepted the DNA test from someone else. Get one done herself. She blew him off. There have been other hints she blew also.
