I don't know about Korean law, and I know this is K-drama logic, but co-conspirators' statements are evidence that can be used against everyone involved in a conspiracy. It's an exception to the hearsay rule. In this case, Myeong Ji, the detective, and the driver all conspired to murder Yeo Jin's daughter. This is enough to get her charged and into court. Sentencing comes after they are convicted. You can't say they will get a reduced sentence or she will get life without first getting a conviction.

Personally, I still don't see how that handwritten notebook ties everything together and is more significant then the co-conspirators statements. All Myeong Ji has to do is scream you have no hard evidence and bam the police are defeated.

Unless they are going to show later they actually did. Also the writers talking with the door open about the designs was another breach. They have been extremely sloppy this entire drama with leaving computers unlocked, letting people roam around their space and the one writer taking a damn bribe.

I just have to say the crew producing the show are lazy and as unprofessional as they come. A contest show would have to put some controls on to make sure of it's integrity. Having a producer and film crew on hand every step of the way and especially when they were meeting with the families should be a must. Not to mention that sort of footage would have been included in the show.

Well, I am just hoping we don't get 30 episodes of the FL being a complete doormat. I can't stand the ones where she is a servant in her mother-in-law's household and being so kind she takes nothing but abuse and insults.

Yes, the previews are often misleading. However, Tak and his assistant are so dang dumb it hurts. His assistant should have made sure she left the country himself instead of letting her move around on her own and Tak just gave his assistant something he can blackmail him with by making him take the blame alone.
