This drama does not seem to be able resolve anything and move on. What we do see does not appear to have much meat or depth to it. We are almost at where this entire thing started and we are about to enter the 90s.

The Chairman does not strike me as a very strong personality. He acts as though he is going to make a strong decision or statement then backs down or accepts whatever the last thing someone says to him.

Just my thoughts. He is just putting everything together and I think he thought at first that Ha Na was going along with the fake daughter deception and not did fully understanding she is being duped also.

Information is being found out at a very fast pace in this one.

I don't know why he is being so meek except not to make Sang A and the company look bad because it's not a matter of if he has proof. The proof is standing in front of him and working alongside him every day in Seon Jun and Nam Jin he just needs to subpoena them to court. Done.

Did they make the law different for this K-drama because of Sang A? Since So U has proof of adultery, he should not need her to agree to a divorce; it should be the other way around. But whatever.

It's no different than having live in tenants which people all over the world do all the time either because they have too much space or need to split costs. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it except for this particular K-drama making a big deal out of it.
