Jang Mi is seen doing what she is told by Hwa Yeong, not cursing, drinking, or fawning over Jun Ho.

Seo Ri is seen as lazy, cursing, and looking down on customers by her step-sister, brother, and even Baek Ho.

How does everyone not see through this scheme immediately?

It may be possible that Seo Rin thinks Jang Mi will be safer if Hwayoung thinks Jang Mi is her. Seo Rin already knows what her Hwayoung is up to and she has Manager Lee bugged. She knows what to look out for and she handles herself and things better than Jang MI. Shit.

I was hoping Samwol would turn out to be much more of a threat to Hwa Yeong. Forcing Hwa Yeong to have to battle on 2 fronts would have been interesting, but Samwol as a character sucks. She can't even get the chairman on her side most of the time; she's constantly caught in all her so-called schemes and can't even eavesdrop properly.

Unless something changes with Samwol as a character later, Hongju may have been better written as a niece of the chairman, and Samwol left on the cutting room floor. She has no leverage, no power, and is not even a character written as using weakness as a cover for her cunning and conniving ways.

Yes, twice now, Jang Mi has kept information from her own family. Once because Hwa Yeong asked her to, and now Seo Rin.

Seo Rin seems to be lying to her because she knows the woman she thought was her mother wants to kill her, so she doesn't want her to know who she is yet.

At some point, the twins have to discuss their father. I guess Seo Rin knows who he is, but Jang Mi doesn't.

I think he is going to help her although he will be concerned for her safety.
