Well, we still a number of episodes to go. I think she will get a reprieve some how until the last few episodes. Who knows at this point, but the way writers like to redeem people she might even get a redemption arc.
Even though Se Hun failed at being a bad guy, and I think he should have never accepted YC as his replacement wife after being burned by JW, he did try both times to be a supportive husband. Dude has the worst luck and should visit a shaman.

I hated Seong Hui with a passion, but seeing her treated like a slave was sickening to me. That's not what decent people would ever condone or do. Her actions were terrible, and yes, she needs to pay a price for them. But Jin Seok being able to use the law to keep her in bondage legally is just bad. He should have had a pre-nup.
