I have seen similar plotlines before in other dramas. This is what I feared. This drama going in circles.
It also makes little logical sense when the stock price theme has been such a focus. Having the CEO now working as a mere clerk at the company would be a sure-fire way for business reporters to start sniffing around to see what the heck is going on. It would make sense to do a press release saying she is taking some time off from her management duties to do something for the group abroad.
Having her in the house and company where she can do even more damage is kind of silly.
I know it's not going to happen, but they need new characters in this thing to bring in some new threats. I just fear this thing is going to go in circles for 30 episodes.
It was sad seeing Eun Bin struggling so much with her decision. But, it looks like it is going to be exposed anyway. I don't think the family will kick out Se Ri in the end and will accept her daughter.

None of the characters' behavior makes sense when you factor in that almost every one of them knows that Hwa Yeong is a kidnapper and a killer. She is a serious threat and not someone you don't take very serious precautions to protect yourself and loves ones from especially when you have the resources and connections to do so.
