JFC. I am so done with this clueless sister-in-law feeding Hwa Yeong every detail she needs to pull off a scam.

At least Manager Lee tried to save Hwa Yeong before it's too late, but she is too far gone and delusional to comprehend that in the end, her plan is doomed and bound to fail.

Oh it does have problems but the pace isn't bad.

I feel you. I also watching Pearl in Red and that revenge drama seems to have more actual revenge happening than this one. It's only 100 episodes so that may be why it seems to move along a lot faster than this one.

I feel the same way. Why are you stuck on a guy not interested in you? Trying harder is not going to fix anything.

Yep, anything can happen, and I could be wrong. I can't shake these feelings. In the end, the writers don't want him to be a totally bad guy because of his mommy issues and abandonment. They are letting him walk right to the edge, but in the end, he will pull himself back.

I get the vibe from Jun Ho that he is not totally on board with his mother's plans. We might see him change for the better before Seo Rin does.

For some reason, the scene where Seo Rin and San Wol were casually eavesdropping on the Chairman and his assistant together was so funny to me.

She knows everything anyway. But, maybe through her spy, Hong Ju. I mean they discuss everything in either the break room or a place where they can be easily overheard.

I will be shocked if they don't lose the USB to Hwa Yeong and don't back it up. Also decide to keep what's on it to themselves.

The writers are doing a great job of making my blood boil by the way they set up these scenes. The necklace is out and clearly visible when Hwa Yeong is around, scheming, yet all of a sudden the chain is shorter, and the necklace is hidden when around the chairman.

They have done absolutely nothing to hold Hwa Yeong in check. She has free rein of the house, where she can pretty much do anything she wants. Same with Dream Group, where she can and will attempt to do all sorts of damage.

They have to keep the conflict going so the main villain cannot go down too early in the drama. Some of the better revenge dramas l have come across have more than one villain besides the main one that has to be dealt with and they can be taken out much earlier or they switch sides.

Her down fall will not come until the very last episodes. Team Jang Mi has to suffer a lot more than they have so far.

The revenge plot is totally missing in action for sure.

Usually, the greedy and selfish daughter or son who wants to inherit everything tries to prove they are worthy to the matriarch or patriarch by showing up at work and trying to make deals, recruit board members to their side, and, if necessary, sabotage the efforts of the others.

Seo Rin, it seems, wants to inherit everything by sitting in the sun room drinking tea. Putting in zero effort is an approach, I guess.

It is a plot device to set up the next terrible thing Jang Mi is going to face at the hands of Hwa Yeong. There are serious problems with being too kind. The main one in my view is exploitation. Toxic individuals like Hwa Yeong will, of course, view Jang Mi's kindness as a weakness and manipulate, take advantage of, and or harm her.

If Jang Mi refuses to set boundaries and hold people accountable for their wrongdoing, she is serving herself up on a platter to people like Hwa Yeong, out to her harm.

There is no planning, no sowing of discord, the search for evidence is no longer a priority, there is no anger, and no fire. At this point, Jang Mi should be attempting to sow discord between Jun Ho and his mother, doing everything she can to get Hwa Yeong out of the house and company, and doing everything she can to demonstrate to her sister that Jun Ho is not the type of person she should consider as a romantic partner. Showing Seo Rin how unstable he really is.

Both her and Seo Rin know the type of person Hwa Yeong is, yet they allow her to stay in the house, where she could do anything from tampering with the food to gathering information to easily killing their grandpa. She is at the company where she can do all sorts of damage with her knowledge of how things work.

She could also be encouraging Seo Rin to take over the CEO position to show her she is not being left out or forgotten.

Having characters as meek, mild, and tender-hearted as Jang Mi and Baek Ho has no place in a revenge drama this deep into the story. Of course, it makes sense to show them in this sort of light early on in the drama, but not after the characters have suffered so much at the hands of the very people viewers are expected to believe they are seeking revenge on.

Jang Mi's actions are not those of a person desperate to protect the ones she loves. She has repeatedly withheld critical information, made poor decisions, and so far has enabled the people who want to do her and her loved ones harm.

So, neither the Chairman nor Jang Mi had enough sense to warn the sister-in-law not to trust Hwa Yeong. The sister-in-law then proceeds with the entire backstory about the lost daughter to Hwa Yeong, including details to help with her investigation.

Team Jang Mi still sees fit to leave a person with a mental disability who is easily flustered alone in a business with food for sale.

I am hoping that soon we will see Seo Rin come to her senses and realize she has to put in more effort than throwing tantrums. It is rather frustrating to watch. Even though she was spoiled and entitled from the start, she at least had a spark of intelligence. That's gone from her character now.
