Just my thoughts. I have not felt the main couple in this entire drama. The other 2 couples, I actually look forward to overcoming the obstacles keeping them apart. I think it's because they have always been decent and caring to and for each other this entire time. The pushing away, hot and cold stuff with the main couple has gone on way too long, and didn't work for me.

Because they are proven and safe plotlines for domestic audiences and advertisers.

It sure will be if it's found out she was never pregnant in the first place. They may not believe she lost it.

Once caught, I guess she could claim she loss the baby but was afraid or ashamed to tell. I thought it was mentioned she was supposed to be 3 months along.
