Yes. There are even stories worse than what you described. Even famous (in South Korea) Youtubers have been abused and murdered. Not to mention that in the past several women have been convicted of crimes for hurting their attackers while they were being attacked.

Unstable to boot. Guys like him in real life physically hurt the women they are obsessed with. It's even easier for them to do so in SK because of its laws.

It also makes little logical sense when the stock price theme has been such a focus. Having the CEO now working as a mere clerk at the company would be a sure-fire way for business reporters to start sniffing around to see what the heck is going on. It would make sense to do a press release saying she is taking some time off from her management duties to do something for the group abroad.
Having her in the house and company where she can do even more damage is kind of silly.
I know it's not going to happen, but they need new characters in this thing to bring in some new threats. I just fear this thing is going to go in circles for 30 episodes.
