I wrote this before, but Jun Ho is very much a victim in all of this. When the truth does come out, and we all know it will, he is going to be crushed emotionally. If he hurts Jang Mi, Seo Rin, and, more importantly, his brother and family, as all of this unfolds, it might be too much for him to bear. I don't think his character deserves that. I hope the writer's plan is for him to walk up to the line of his mother, but not cross it.

This is not even a contract marriage, to me, where the couple agrees to it for whatever their reasons. This is treating people like property and forcing them to do something they don't want to do.

Yes. His mother has ruined his entire life by her actions. He will be judged for them.

Well, she has progressed a little. Very little, but earlier in the drama, she was blowing off and dismissing all signs of anything being amiss.

He is such a red flag in more ways than one right now. Not only is he trying to force her to marry him, but imagine if he disregards anything Seo Rin says or feels now, what will happen after they are married?

Isn't this sort of thing done after the marriage actually happened?

I am watching this drama and another one where the forced marriage theme is prevalent.

Yes, Jang Mi is just not written as a forward thinker. She is surviving so far because she has had pretty good luck reacting to things after they have already happened to her.

He is probably giving him shares in the company since he's going to be his son-in-law.

I didn't say they would kill her right away. But they will try to kill her if they get Seo Rin back.

Both things have to be stopped. If not, it will be the end for Jang Mi.

Jang Mi can't even bring herself to tell Baek Ho that Jun Ho is Hwa Yeong's son. It's so frustrating because what the heck does she thinks she is protecting Baek Ho from?

Also, Jun Ho's lurking to observe Jang Mi and Baek Ho is getting disturbing. That and his attempts to force himself onto who he thinks is Seo Rin.

Yes they do have to drag stuff. But there is nothing wrong in my opinion to have things going back and forth the entire time. Sometimes they are way too one-sided in the story telling often saving the back and forth until the very end. Meanwhile we get silly filler scenes that don't really move the story along.

Yes there is a flaw in Jang Mi going that route. I see that playing right into Hwa Yeong's hands.

I am so frustrated with the writers on this and feel they missed an opportunity to add to the suspense of this drama. Hwa Yeong has everything at her disposal. She has a henchman, thugs, the CEO position, and can control the media.

They could at least have Jang Mi and Baek Ho occasionally dropping little nuggets via social media from time to time instead of those dumbass break room scenes where it seems like Baek Ho is bound and determined to expose their relationship to the entire company. They don't have to break the case wide open, just enough to keep Hwa Yeong scrambling to respond because the information reaches the old man.

I know the writers, being Korean, know full well that there are real-life people in South Korea who use social media to blackmail and spill secrets on well-known people. They do it in such a way that the police and famous people they drop scandalous details on have a hard time putting a stop to it.

Is Baek Ho's office the break room?

Yu Na is so one-dimensional. Who would want to be with someone whose only mode is anger?

I don't know why Jang Mi and Baek Ho can't learn and start leaking stuff about Hwa Yeong. They just got the perfect example of how much damage it can cause with the medication hit Hwa Yeong tried to pull off.

It would be nice to see them make a smart move for a change. Their failures are just too boring and predictable now. I don't even count them as real villains at this point.

They are like the stumbling, bumbling crew doing more damage to themselves than anyone else. I know neither of the twins actually cares for them, but their chance of at least surviving at the end of all this rests with the twins.
