I agree with you. But the writers of these daily dramas do this sort of thing a lot. Sometimes love lines work in the context of the revenge story, and sometimes they feel out of place. TK is supposed to have his own revenge plot line. I wish the writers had focused on that a bit more.

Nothing is consistent either. The story telling of some of the characters is all over the place. They are changing, but no clue as to why.

ML went from never being with the FL to having a huge crush on her. But he is acting like a twat.

ML's father went from being so proud of being head of the household to running away.

ML's sister went from wanting to grow her YouTube channel to working in a shoe store, from wanting to marry a rich guy and picking out her idea type to dumping him after one meeting. Now I thinks she is going back to YouTube.
