I thought this drama was supposed to be about Lucia and her revenge arc against those she perceived as her enemies. However, the lawyer gets more screen time and more storylines than any other character, including the main lead. Everyone else, including the main lead, is secondary to his antics.

Even dumbo brother notices there is something strange about Gyeong Chang and Manager Kong's relationship. Manager Kong seems to care a little too much.

I don't think Gyeong Chae is as on board with Seon Jae as he thinks.

No, you are not overthinking. We haven't even been shown the results of the accident and what the slug of her now husband's role in events actually was. Every indication so far from what we do know, HR had no intention of completely abandoning her daughter and did plan on coming back for her.

I'm in your camp. The old saying goes, "2 wrongs don't make a right." While Hy Re is no angel in this situation, what the parents are doing to both her and the FL is wrong, and they have no right to do such a thing. Whether mom and daughter reconcile is up to them, not the FL's parents. They are not protecting her, and what they are doing is neither moral nor ethical; they are taking away the FL's agency, and both of them should be ashamed of themselves.

The RealYC acts as though she doesn't want to come back anyway. She seems to be so done with her dominant mom.

But let's see how far the FL will go when she finds out her soon-to-be mother-in-law is her bio mom.

To me, the writing seems to be better when they limit it to 100 episodes. 20 more only gives time for filler and going off track toward the end.

I didn't expect Walking on Thin Ice to get as wild as it has this fast. But, it's only 12 episodes so I guess they needed to get into this crazy pretty quick.

Like you posts as always. Couple of thoughts of my own from a slightly different perspective.

I don't think she is dragging others into this as much as they are players on the field she cannot sideline and has to deal with in some way. As far the in-laws goes, her bio-mother is one and the father-in-law is the one I believe who had a hand in setting up her father and essentially took her mother away from her. She may not know all this yet, but again they are players she cannot sideline or carve out. Most of the stage was set before she even got there.

Only the FL has a decent storyline.

Yes it is unbelievable because there really was no trigger for the sudden change. It just kind of happen. I thought she was not the right fit for him.

I been think about this and the way the mom has went about all this with deception makes it a big no for me. But, I fear the writers don't have the guts to let this story go with her dying in the end.

I feel the same way about how absurd the ML is now acting. He can try and intimidate the 2nd ML but doesn't have the guts to communicate how he feels to the FL. Come on. He sucks and his acting like a high school kid. I hope the FL just rejects him and the drama ends with her telling him to stick his feelings where the sun don't shine.

The ML's father is a big a prick as he is.

She is fragging mentally ill for sure. Her daughter is going to be seriously messed up if there is no intervention. I wouldn't count on the worthless Dad. Hopefully her brother will pay attention enough to put a stop to these terrible parents somehow.
