We can completely blame the screenwriters. It's like they didn't know how to make the them have an issue that…
Adult relationships are often portrayed as immature or unrealistic in many K-dramas; even older characters often act like it's their first time interacting with the opposite sex. South Korea is a conservative country compared to Western ones after all. Funny, though, there are love motels all over the place and a lot of cheating going on.
She jumped up the ladder by virtue of being hired as Designer L. Her contract terms ensure she heads the design…
Yes, they basically run the country and have way too much power. They control the press, law enforcement, and politicians, and if you are a young person and do not get hired by one of the Big Five, you are pretty much considered a failure in life.
Some of the things that happen in K-dramas are pretty tame compared to actual real-life corruption.

Yes the suspension of belief and logic is a necessary requirement. One prime example is the evil doers getting away with all sorts of crimes by simply denying they had anything do with it. Everyone including K-drama police are powerless after a strong denial. However, denials almost never work for completely innocent people. Completely innocent people get fired and detained based on mere accusations.
At first, I thought it was straightforward birth secret scenario...but now I'm not sure. Something is bothering…
There is something else going on with that lady for sure. She is presenting a completely different side of herself to Eun O. that does not appear to be true or real at all.

I agree. It was a contract, and the compensation should be accepted. Chalk it up as a lesson learn never to make a dumb decision like that again if you can't handle the emotional consequences.
I need to add that his dad should have accepted the compensation also when his friend's son rescinded his job offer. The son was taking over the business and had every right to revoke that job offer as a business decision. The dad let his pride override his business sense.

Yes and they could have had him walk up and actually over hear Do Yun's confession which they still may do on Monday. Their endings are not always what actually happens. We see a different version in the following episode.

No. he was too late and too far away. All I am talking about is the fact they had the perfect ending to the episode and ruined it for no apparent reason.
HE SAID I LOVE YOU, PEOPLE I LOST ALL THE HOPES BUT HE MADE IT THE OTHER SIDE HE CONFESSED
They should have ended the scene with the confession. That would have been perfect. Jae In not providing an answer was more than enough suspense to carry over to the next episode. Gi Chan's showing up was unnecessary and ruined the scene. Plus, it was really out of place and made no sense for him to even be there. But be that as it may. They could have always had him show up after hearing all the commotion with the police and all when they replayed it in the next episode.
Sometimes the directors/writers go a tad too far trying to keep interest going, and this was one of those cases.
WE GOT A CONFESSSSSSION!!! im sure jae in will try and push back until the revenge is over but my heart is happy…
In this case, her pushing back is perfectly understandable with all that is going on. Plus, she needs time to process this. It did happen right after someone tried to drag her into a van after all.
At least he left no doubt or confusion about where he stands. Now, a decent guy waits and lets her take her time.
