I despise these types of characters as much as I hate the love triangle ones, who often engage in the same type of behavior.

Mi Ran, I do not believe, was frazzled at all. She was calculating. She duped Jae In's mom and Jae In and made a deal with Ser Ri and Gi Chan to make him Chairman under her conditions.
