K-drama logic can be so out of left field sometimes. I am thinking they might have everyone think she is dead for a while and she will make a dramatic entrance at some event later. This might also allow the evil duo to turn their attention to destroying Mi Ran and her son some how. We will have to see which route they take. But, I am glad the big fight between Do Hee's Mom and Jae In and her mom has happened and is done with. That had to happen so she can move on to finding out the truth.

Hmm, cars in SK don't have airbags.

Well, it's nice to know that I am not the only one losing sympathy for her. Her mindset seems to be steeped in old school culture.

She is going to find out the hard way.

I'm not sure why they went this route with these 2 so early.

In K-dramas like this the police are always either incompetent or corrupt and sometimes both at the same time. This is why victims themselves often have to gather the evidence, catch the actual criminals and clear their own name if necessary.

If victims ever call the police to early in the drama the K-drama police will claim they just don't have the evidence. CCTV footage, recordings, and eye witnesses are often not enough.

K-drama police will however arrest and investigate innocent people on just the word of the evil doers.

I should mention that actual SK police are just like this so, K-drama writers do not have to make any of what I wrote above up. It's well known that the SK police are controlled by the big 5 chaebols in real life.

I guess the writers really hate Do Hee's mom. I mean she already has gone through enough emotional turmoil with Jae In and her mom. Now they have her thinking the mom of the real killer of her daughter is someone she can have a decent conversation with. The woman is going to end up in a mental ward at this rate.

I also think she is going to turn on him. There have been too many instances lately where he has not been on her side. She tried to poison him earlier but I can't recall exactly why she did that.

We already have dementia. We don't need amnesia also. There are enough episodes left for the writers to include the overused tropes several times over.

They always are.

Man, I think Se Ri is about to get a lot more dangerous.

At some point Mi Ran is going to be forced to reflect on her actions and how she made a deal with devils that will never be honored.

I guess the writers are trying to show how much she is still grieving the loss of her daughter.

I was thinking it was part of a day dream also. The previews can be so misleading.

My bad. I completely forgot that. LOL.

There was as scene earlier in the drama when Do Yun exposed that her mom was faking her illness in the hospital where all the reporters surrounded Jae In when she showed up at the house trying ask her questions about her mom. So, it makes little sense that people did not know who the real Jae In was.

I think the mother also sees herself as the head of the family and therefore entitled to or feels that she has to protect the boys.

But what is frustrating me and I believe the writers are depicting this way for the healing to come later, is the fact that Do Yun and his uncle do not seem to have the ability to explain themselves. They have so far given very weak attempts to do so.

Do Yun caused this in the first place, but now all 3 of them to include Jae In know a lot more than they did when he first had Jae In stay in the house. He is still keeping his mother in the dark about what they suspect really happened even if they have not confirmed it with solid evidence yet.

Finally, the mom seems to be in such pain she has lost or does not have the ability right now to listen. She seems to want to deal with the pain with anger.
