Hani's birth mother passing away during child birth would have been more compelling than turning her from a character that couldn't get past sowing her wild oats, to marrying a wealthy man, to a mother begging to be with her child, to a would be kidnapper and stalker all in less than 2 years.

The writers could have also turned her into a mother truly remorseful for her past actions and mistakes, and doing all she can to prove that she can be a good co-parent, even though too much had happened for them to be together as a couple.

In the end, the writers will probably redeem her, making all the past drama overly dramatic and unnecessary.

Finally, the dancer and the hairdresser already had a love triangle arc, so with nothing left to tell of their story other than marriage, they bring in an old flame storyline that everyone knew would go nowhere.

I don't know what the law is on this and maybe I missed it but it seems like the Eagle Brewery has pretty good grounds for a law suit against the Tak's brewery. 2 officers of that company tried to ruin their business financially. The crime does not seem to be one where they would get that much time for and probably only probation.

Yes, she did some dirt before. At the direction of her MIL, she got that medicine the MIL gave Jae In to make her look crazy and signed off on the guardian form to commit her. She is still responsible for her actions, and as a doctor, she should have known better not to put her medical license at risk and get duped by her uneducated MIL.

She also did not tell the FL she knew before the FL did that Se Ri was cheating with her husband.

I hope she decides to have the backs of Seungu and Jae In and even joins Jae In's team. She is not afraid of these people. She has already confronted her husband, MIL, Jae In's mother, and Se Ri. She can stand on her own. I want to see her get more involved in the fight.

Yep. They have no plans to turn the company over to her or her son. She has no clue who she is dealing with. She is now entering her screw around and find out phase. I bet she looks to Jae In and her ex to save her.

Pretty much. If it's not actual murder the writers of these sort of dramas will give some of the worst characters to ever grace the small screen redemption arcs. Thieves, kidnappers, physical abusers, adulterers. It doesn't much matter what they did.

I think you are right, and I also think having Jae In stay with her, as well as her mother working with her and getting to know them both, will be what helps with the healing process. But, it will be tougher with the mom because she did try to physically hurt her daughter.

I have watched several K-dramas as well as C-dramas where the entire family is blamed and punished and or shamed for the bad actions of one member of the family and the children are not off limits for bad crap their parents do.
