Keep in mind that all the memory related to BLH would be eased too and corrected by by the Heaven and Earth as if he never exist. That kind of change might be influence by the correction of the supernature. Moreover, BLH also made her feeling hatred to him, make her think that all of her life was manuplated by him with a purpose (to control her mother).

what do you mean "If BLH did not have a scar, audience would not have have a problem distinguishing him from YJZ.". Viewers like us would not have problem to distinguish Bian and JinZhao if BLH did not have scar because we watch the drama from God view. But in my opinion and as I understood some comments which implied that Jinzhao would get confused when he saw Qi's memory. Qi had thought it was Jinzhao first but then they realized that was BLH as quickly as they saw his scar.
In the game, BLH did not have scar, he had different face from Jinzhao

A question on Douban about how or why Bian had scar on his face. It was said that the game, BLH did not have scar. One of the most reasonable answer/explanation is Xu Kai played both role BLH and YJZ. Thus they gave BLH scar on his face so that Jinzhao can distingguish himself or Bian in the images of Qi's memory. :D

I don't understand how you can enjoy Snow Eagle Lord and find it excellent but dislike SF6. SF6 is way better than SEL in all aspect. Honestly, I watch most of his dramas (excep Yanxi palace) and this one is among top 5 in term of his acting. Probably you already watched the first episode. you can watch the teasers of all released episodes on WeTV website. Then you can select the episode that you find interesting.

BLH got terrible injured and he could not resonate with Qi (for a certain purpose), thus he came to Longtan and exchange his life and memory to make YJZ. Then they dropped him 3 years back and brought Qi (wiped out her memory) and YJZ to the mortal world so that they could practise the resonate technique through experiencing ostacles/difficulty. He is supposed to disappear and all memory of otheres linked to him will be gone
