Just like Uhm Ki Joon said on Radio Star recently, he would like to act in a Romantic COMEDY for a while. He is always playing psychopaths, killers or just evil people. He said he doesn't want to star in a melodrama but in a light comedy romance type of drama. In my opinion he would do great in that tbh.
I haven't watched Mr. Sunshine, Come and Hug Me or TSTLYE (have watched the original Japanese tho) yet :'Dd But…
Also, for next polls I'd recommend having a log-in required (like google docs) poll, because the poll system used allowed to vote without having to log in... And I think it's better to be able to vote only once, not every 24 hours. Just some ideas that would be good imo :)
From experience I can say that the easiest way to convert someone is: 1. Start from movies 2. Start from crime/thriller dramas (they are easier and more similar to worldwide shows than cheesy romance dramas, altho I started mine with cheesy romance ones but I was already known anime & manga otaku so it was nothing new) 3. If nothing works - show them kpop ! Then they will most likely start dramas on their own :'Dd
Currently the only K-drama I'm interested in is Memories of the Alhambra and that's airing so can't really binge…
My PTW is also a mess. I just throw everything there and never go back :'Ddd I cleaned it one day (from A to J I think) and deleted all the stuff I am not interested but it's too much work. I hope there would be a way to empty whole PTW list at once :'Dd I've asked and there is not
I'm a binge watcher but idk if it's because I've gotten so picky nowadays - I can't seem to find good ones and end up putting dramas on hold one after another...
And now my problem as a binge watcher is that I started Children of Nobody two days ago and I have today already watched all the possible episodes there are out... I thought I would watch slower than this because I have been out for most of the time today and yesterday :'Dd Now starting 12th episode and 14 is still raw... I hope it finishes airing this week as it states on MDL or else I'm in trouble if it end next week...
Another problem that all binge watchers can relate is choosing school or dramas. Knowing me I won't be able to stop watching until the episodes run out or until my body shuts itself off and forces me to sleep... So I usually don't watch drama on school days anymore... I watch variety shows if I have time and then binge one or two dramas in the weekend.
And yes. I have pretty much no social life and I am proud of it :'Ddd (not really)
This is the type of drama to watch when you are bored, want something with over the top comedy and something different from the usual. I liked it and enjoyed it a lot.
This one was an emotional roller coaster, I can see why Korean people really loved this
But yaaasss, Kang Ki Young and Ye Ji Won for the win !!
