They could have casted perth in phuwins place when they did workshop.Unless those were instructions given...but…
If you watch the director/creator of the story’s interview about this series he said that Phuwin is doing Nuengdiao just like how he visualizes him when he created the character. He, himself is the writer of the novel so maybe he knows that character better and he said that he doesn’t see any other actor to play Nuengdiao but Phuwin.
I just don’t understand why the hell they have to walk and wait at the dumpster/back area? They could have waited…
That’s why I think Palm’s father is kinda sus. He is the one who convinced them to stay, then he just stand there and didn’t even try to call for help or ambulance even if Neung is begging him to do so. I don’t know but I have a feeling that he is a traitor.
sorry but it's so interesting to see people hate on MODC - what's your reason? just bcs it has a sad ending? because…
I think if they continue the plan for season 2, I think it will be a new story, because the alternate ending novel called IF is very simple and nothing really much happen and I think if they base the second season in that alternate ending, it will be a very boring series. That’s why they better make a new storyline for it.
This series has a lot of problematic tropes. The main couple is tolerable, but the other couple (the stepbrothers), they give me shivers in a very bad way. The little brother is a psychopath. This by far is the worst HIStory series in my opinion, followed by all the story in History 1, then History2: Right or wrong. The best will always be History 3:Make our days count, History 3: Trapped, and History 2: Crossing the Line. I hope History 5 will be good.

Yeah because they did not show the death scene and the doppelgänger made things really confusing. From the very beginning I already knew that Yu Xi Gu will die, but the doppelgänger is not in the novel (but there is a kid from the group of mountaineers that reminds him of Yu Xi Gu, but the kid doesn’t really look like him he just have the same eyes, mannerisms and the way they talk) so I did not expect that also and I thought that they change the ending and made Yu Xi Gu lost his memory instead of dying. Another thing is in the series Hao Ting decided to go to America if I’m not mistaken, but in the novel Hao Ting went missing in the Himalayan mountain range and was pronounced dead after many years. In the end of the novel it was Bo Xiang who is reminiscing about the days.

Actually MODC is the most successful among the HIStory, hence the plan for season 2 before Linetv stop operating mid 2020. And now that Linetv is back, I hope they continue the plan for season 2 following the “If” version of the novel. The hate towards MODC is mainly because of the tragic ending. People don’t like sad endings. If they follow the novel’s ending people might hate it a lot more because the ending in the novel is much more tragic than in the series.
As for me I like Prapai-Sky story better than Phayu-Rain. My only problem is Sky’s acting on heavy scenes. They should have give him acting workshop or properly motivate him before every emotional and heavy scenes.
THOUGHTS ON EPISODE 9 -- SPOILERS* Aaaand another endless, silent blow drying scene.* Maki's face in the close-up…
I think Makki being “emotional slacker” is because of the trauma Meiko and Eiji caused him. I mean he is very much involved during his days with them. While with Asato, I think Makki is avoiding deep talk to not form a deeper connection rather than being a companion. I agree the actors are really good, but there is something missing, maybe the writing? I like the directing style it’s very indie. As for me I still think it’s a good show because it makes me feel a lot of emotions ehile watching it, just for my personal opinion.
Felt bad for Makio. Why do I feel like he is the only one hurting? It feels like he was played and betrayed by his best friend and lover. I hate that Eiji moved on to Meiko just like that, it seems like they justified the homophobic action of his dad in the past episode. I need to rewatch everything after I watch the ending. Is the episode 10 already up?
I love Ja and First, but as a Thai the trailer is laughable. 1st that hideous wig. 2nd they look too old for high school uniform (cringe). Lastly, Mean! 5555555555555555
Did they make the brothers kiss??? Wtf. I know that the girl’s soul is in that body but still that’s Kim’s body. I feel awkward. They should just make Kim and Way kiss. Idk.
