Yeah I think you are correct. Maybe he is added to make the story a little faster, so that Dr. Tin don’t have to struggle as he was in the novel. But the down side is we did not able to see the genius Dr. Tin because someone is spoon feeding him the information he needs. Any way, I hope this series got recognized by international bl fan, it’s so underrated. Aisplay really is not international bl fan friendly. It’s sad.

I mean in the novel I find him a very smart person, like a genius level smart, because of how he manage to connect all the dots and how he place every pieces of the puzzle on his own.

Hello? I would like to ask international fans their thoughts about the character Jinta? That character is not in the novel. In the novel Dr. Tin have to figure everything out by himself, no one explain what is happening to him. Do you think it’s a good choice to put this additional character in the series? I’m not sure if I like this changes because for me the novel is more thrilling because of Dr. Tin’s frustration to find out what the f is happening. I personally don’t know if this character is necessary or not and I want to know your opinion about it? Thank you.

Actually this whole series happened in just a month. If my calculations is correct they are now in their 22nd or 23rd day since that day when Kuea cancelled their engagement and Lian called him Annabelle.

I think this series would have been better if they just make it a 3 part series, every couple has their own mini series with 6 episodes each storyline. The first part will be about Lian and Kuea with Diao, Yi, Syn and possibly Nuea as a supporting characters. Then the second part is about Nuea and Syn, a University setting storyline with Kuea, Diao as a side character and possibly Lian too because of Nuea’s involvement to Kuea. And for the last part Yi and Diao story, 5 years later because that’s how their story should have been if they follow the novel’s timeline, and in their story Lian and Kuea is a supporting characters. Then after that they can make one special episode to connect and tie up every storyline.

Nat has a potential of becoming a great actor. That eyes! His eyes are very expressive, it acts with him. He just need to loosen up a bit because he seems stiff sometimes, maybe more workshops and some speech improvement and he is good to go. Really Nunew and Nat, I can’t help but to stan.

P’Golf is both the director and screenwriter of CLW and FUTS, I really dont like his writing and directing skill in bl, you’re right he should just focus on straight series and leave bl to a director that understand the genre, like P’ New. save FUTS, if it’s not for them that series is a meh.

Enchante and CLW has the same director and production team. That director and his team sucks at making bl. They are also the one who made FUTS. In my opinion GMMTV should not give that director a bl project, it’s not his expertise. Good thing this series is under P’New, a very good bl director.

Yes there is a novel. It’s แล้วแต่ดาว by Peachhplease if translated to english it’s the same title as the series.It’s part of the Star and Sky novel series the first novel is about Dao and the second novel is about Fah. There is no english translated novel yet but some of my friends are translating the novel maybe she will post it in Wattpad. I’ll inform you when it’s already available.

If they follow the phasing of the novel this series should only have 6 episode or 8 at most, which focus on Kuea and Lian only without second and third couple. The novel is not that long, dragging the story to 12 episodes kinda ruin it. They should have done what GMMTV did to their adaptation of Star and Sky novel. Because that novel is the same as this, there are two novel with different couple but is connected just like CP and NB.

Have you seen the Japanese bl Kamisama no Ekohiiki (Favoritism of the God). It’s a good wholesome series.

I commend GMMTV for doing a great job on this novel to series adaptation. They usually sucks at this, but they do it right here. It makes me happy when a favorite novel is adapted into a good series. I was scared at first because GMM is very disappointing when it come to their novel to series adaptation, some example of a good novel that is adapted into a not so good series are ‘Cause you’re my boy (My tee) that was the best web novel during my high school days, the author suddenly stop updating for years then when the series was announced I was excited, but they ruined the storyline, completely change it and it was very disappointing. Another one is Fish upon the sky, my most favorite novel by JittiRain, the adaptation is meh, PondPhuwin’s chemisty save it same with 2gether BrightWin save it. I hope they continue to make their series better.

Yes, there are interviews where they talk about the novel but it’s very brief. They talk about the series and their characters most of the time and a lot of their interviews don’t have english subtitles.

Hello people, regarding my post recently about a Thai friend saying that Tankhun in the series is different from his novel persona. A lot of international fan who read the novel said otherwise saying that he is completely the same. I’m completely baffled by this because Thai people including my friends, the Thai Youtube channel Mimi recap who’s a fan of the novel said Tankhun is not the same in the novel, even the actor who play Tankhun said in an interview that the series character would be different from what we read in the novel. So my question is, are the translated version of the novel different from that of the original source material?

Ps. I’m not implying that the series characters should be a complete copycat from their novel persona, I’m just curious why the Thai reader has different view from international reader.
