I LOVED this one right up until the end...
Did anyone else get super, super annoyed at the last two episodes? I was ready for her to leave him. I get working out your crap, but he straight up left her. She was getting news from online articles. He wasn't even calling her.
People were calling it "mature" and "giving space." I've been married 11 years now. That's stupid. If you can't work out problems together you will NEVER make it. If he couldn't see her because of reporters, fine. He should have been in communication with him.
In real life this is called a red flag. Run! If someone leaves when things get hard, then they will continue that pattern. It's unhealthy.
For her to sit and wait like a freaking doormat burned me up. Then he just waltzed back in when he decided. Forget her and her struggles. Nope. She was just there to support him with NO return. support.
When he walked back in after months away and said, "Have you been waiting?" I about threw my laptop. The arrogance-- like he's God's gift to humanity. I am heated.
I hate to rant, but this made me so mad and ruined the ENTIRE show for me. This isn't a mature relationship. It's selfish and self-serving. She deserved better.
In the end he was better to the people who stabbed him in the back than his own girlfriend. He could make all the time in the world for them, but couldn't give her a call.
Nope. Next. Please no one think this is a healthy relationship.

is this drama heavy with lots of conflict? since i didnt watch drama that is heavy
I would say it’s more on the intense side. It’s not evil side characters and love triangles like most Kdramas, but it’s intense.
It depends on how sensitive you are. Some might consider it scary in parts or graphic in parts. It didn’t bother me, but I could see that it might bother some.

This seems to be an unpopular opinion, but I honestly loved this drama. I came in with a basic understanding of Korean folklore and I love Lee Dong Wook, so maybe that's why. I seriously loved all of it, though. I finished it in just a couple days. I liked the FL. I liked the romance and the bromance. It was emotional and had lots of sweet moments. So, maybe just give it a try. If you don't like it in the first few episodes then it probably isn't for you. However, this has been one of my favorite dramas this year.

Title Introverted Boss Spoiler
I am way late and just watching this on Netflix. This was on track to be one of my favorite shows. Everyone has good character development. It’s funny, it’s heartbreaking, it’s romance is on point. Then ep 14 hits and I am just triggered by how badly this show handled the topic of mental heath.
When all is revealed Hwan-Ki takes care of and checks up on everyone except the one hurting the most- Chae Ro. She was too understanding. That was just ridiculous.
Yi-Soo has deep mental heath issues and she NEVER gets help. Her brother hides her self-harm and tries to take responsibility for her mental stability and then when he finally reveals all she’s been dealing with no one gets the girl any help!!
And Chae-ah (the sister) liked her boss, never told him, actually helped him woo the girl he really loved, then slept with his best friend and was overcome with guilt- but Hwan-ki was the one at fault for her committing suicide?
Listen, I know it’s just a drama and it’s a different culture than my own (and I hate to be the person taking a drama so seriously) but I feel like this a really terrible message to send to people actually struggling with mental heath issues.
They shouldn’t have pushed Chae-ah to that level of desperation but casting off so much blame on literally everyone else and then never resolving very real mental health issues is beyond words. Then ep 15 was so much filler. I am so let down by this one. Ugh. I read lots of comments and never saw this addressed, so to anyone struggling with mental heath issues this should definitely be a hard pass. One more ep to go, but highly doubtful it will redeem itself at this point.
